Breakfast was very basic - one slice of ham and one slice of cheese with toast, yogurt and very plain cereal. It was included in the price but we decided not to have the breakfast after the first morning.

The room was cleaned well each day and perfect location - few minutes walk from the main streets. Complimentary tea and coffee 24/7. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The rent was expensive. There was no wardrobe in the room.

The location and the cleaness. The owner and the staff specially Nicole was very attentive to our needs. The breakfast starts from 6:30 AM, which is in sync with the tour timings. The best part is hot water, infusion Tea, mineral water and American cofee is available all the time at the dining place.

Its 20 min walk from bus stand. We had a car so there was no problem for us.

It seems as the credit car machine doesn’t work by purpose. They make responsible the phone company but same company works perfectly in other businesses as restaurants

They have photos of a kitchen on their booking page, but you're not allowed to use it. Super misleading! Bathroom was kind of dirty - random hairs in the shower.

They served breakfast with eggs, which was great. The room was quiet, bed was comfy, shower was hot. They also will store your luggage when you go hiking.

I decided to stay here because I had limited time in Puerto Natales and I knew they organised tours to Torres Del Paine. I booked my room (private room was only available, thus more expensive) and I contacted the property one month in advance to book the tours. I then found out one day prior to my arrival, after several reminders, that one of the tours was full and hence I couldn’t go. This meant that the property acted late to book the tour.

I guess it's a matter of personal taste, but we didn't like the breakfast (although a lot of other reviews highlighted it). It's bread, eggs, jam, a piece of cake and a yogurt. You can also get cereals coffee and tea. It's a good range offered but the taste was just not good (our opinion). What we also didn't like is that the booking.com ad says that they offer a free shuttle service between the hostel and the bus terminal. One of the reasons we decided on this property. After we booked and asked about it they said they don't offer it anymore since the pandemic.

Nice staff and convenient location. You could walk to the bus terminal (about 20 mins) and the city center is only a few blocks away. Nice restaurants just around the corner. They offer trips and excursions and breakfast is included. For a room with private bathroom and breakfast it's great value for money.

the walls are thin and have no insulation so you can hear everything - also there should be black-out curtains in the rooms for when the sun shines during the night
