We didn't receive a towel or robes for the pool.

The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast. The staff allowed us to use the pool after check-out, which was a great way to recover from the W-trek.

The spa bath in the room was what sold it to us having just completed a trek. It is also right in the centre of town so not far from restaurants etc..

Rooms are very small and shades do not provide much coverage. You only get 5 night hours during summer. Wifi is terrible, slow and unstable

Room was a bit smaller than we’d have liked, but that’s partly because we had so many bags 😉 For views, staying on the waterfront would be a better choice.

Location was excellent for restaurants and shops, it was no problem storing bags while we were in Patagonia, bed was comfortable, shower was tremendous.

Is very well located, close to everything. There is free parking close to the hotel, that is good, but the room was too small for 3 people. It has an attic for the 3rd bed, and the attic was small

Check in process was shambolic. Arrived 10 mins early for check in but were made to wait upstairs for the 10 mins, along with multiple others, despite the rooms being ready. Then no surprise there was a queue to check in at 2pm whilst one woman photocopies everyone’s passports etc. Advertises a pool and gym but gym is basically non existent and pool is really the size of a jacuzzi. To advertise anything as ‘rooftop’ is artistic license.

Internet was really bad and not usable. Also didn’t like requirement to wear swim cap in order to use the pool. They should list this as a requirement so you can bring one or not plan to use pool.

We had room 101 , the closest one to the reception and we could hear everything, so a bit to noicy for us. I'm tall 6'4 so the toilet was a bit cramped for me.

It was modern and clean, breakfast was very good . Strong shower! Very close to many dining options

The breakfast was minimal relative to expectations. Also was from 7am onwards, while most tours pick up around 7am as well. Finally, the pool/jacuzzi/spa had some functions missing, and was rather cool.

The modern style, clean rooms and showers, helpfull staff and excellent location.

There were no coffee/tea facilities or kettle for boiling water. Wifi was weak and tends to disconnect unless you are close to the door. If you want to escape the Chilean tax, only foreign credit cards are accepted and not debit cards. The alternative is to pay in US dollars in cash.

It is close to several restaurants and mini marts. They provide full size shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Loved the rain shower. Wifi is secured.

Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms. This is really an issue they should resolve as they cater to so many tourists.

Natalino is perfectly situated in the middle of lots of great restaurants, shops, and cafes. They offer street parking and have a private lot about 2 blocks away. The facilities are aesthetically pleasing and the room was comfortable and clean. Staff was super friendly and the breakfast is good!
