Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaIt’s a shame the bar and restaurant is on the lower floor and is quite dark. It would have been great on an upper floor with views of the runways etc! I thought the food options mediocre.
The hotel is ideally located between the domestic and international terminals and so is a very short walk to either terminal. The room was spacious and quiet with a comfortable bed and a very nice shower. It definitely beats going into the city for one night.

United KingdomI'd have preferred a wider choice for dinner, but that's probably just because I'm a faddy eater. What I had was absolutely fine.
It's super near the airport, literally a five minutes' or less walk. (Luckily I'd been before, as the taxi hustlers at the airport kept offering to take me there - that would have taken longer). I was very lucky that my room was ready when I arrived, as my plane got in at 0830. From the airport, it was super easy to get a bus into the city. You take your airport trolley right into your room, which is great for an overnight stay. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet was nice.

ChileHotel is super-covnvenient sited between terminals 1 and 2 and a short walk to each. I had a morning international flight and flew in the evening before from La Serena, which often has delays in the monring due to weather, so it's peace of mind being in Santiago the night before. You pay for the convenience though!

If you have an overnight layover, this is the perfect place to stay - it is literally in the airport. The rooms are very comfortable. The check out and check in process is very quick, which is nice when one arrives at midnight and has to leave at 7 the next morning.

The location is great if you are flying out or in. The first time I stayed there I was in the newer part of the building which was so nice and luxury.

AustraliaAs you would expect, the airport location lacks charm and it is a long taxi-ride from the business and tourist areas of the city - but that's not why you stay at an airport hotel - you stay for the 24-hour convenience if you're taking an early or late night flight or just need a night's comfortable sleep in the course of a long journey. The Holiday Inn delivers the comfort and reliability of an airport hotel with cheerful efficiency
The location is unmatched if you're changing planes as I was to and from Easter Island and the staff are extremely helpful with internet connectivity, etc. It's the only hotel located at the airport and is very conveniently positioned between the International and Domestic terminals, opposite the Domestic Terminal but in easy sheltered and elevator-assisted walking distance from the departures and arrivals levels of both terminals. Food and drink and service are of a high standard - it's the only location in the airport where you can enjoy a generous hotel-style buffet breakfast which is served, very conveniently, from 5am to 10am. There is an international departures signboard in the main cafe-bar area. Like all good airport hotels, staff are ready to welcome you with a quiet and comfortable room 24 hours a day.
