Very comfortable accommodation that is nicely styled. Staff were great and included breakfast was very good! A little bit further out from centre of town, so now as walkable as other places, but this didn’t bother us as it was close to bus depot

I used this place as a base to do the W Trek in Torres del Paine - spent a night before and after the trek. The place was an oasis and perfect for my purpose. It is very clean, relaxing, got a large room with comfortable bed all to myself to organize, get ready and rejuvenate. It's within walking distance to the bus station and the breakfast is served in the room.

I loved the room it was beautiful and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the lighting was great. Staff was friendly. The breakfast in the room was also delightful!

Really beautiful little place, amazing value for money. Views of the mountains from the window and a lovely array of snacks and breakfast left in the fridge. Comfy bed and great shower. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Puerto Natales!

It was a bit away from the centre of town and the waterfront, but that's not really a big deal.

I loved this place! So clean and just as I expected from the photos online. Also, it was fabulous to have a kettle and coffee maker in the room - sometimes you just want a cup of tea without having to go out, and a simple kettle seems rare here. Breakfast was fabulous also, real nourishing muesli and fruit to start the day. And how can you not love a room with a stable door.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

New and very well designed place. Spacious rooms with views to nearby mountains, wooden terrace with trees. Very convenient for late/early departures - separate guest entrance with code lock and breakfast comes prepacked in the room. Room was very warm and had heated towel/cloth hangers - perfect if weather outside wasn't the best. And owners are really attentive and friendly.

You might hear the neighbours if they are noisy.

Fabulous hostal, perfectly clean and very recently renovated with taste. Very comfortable and beyond my expectations in the little details. Very kind staff and delicious breakfast provided in the room every day. Beautiful view from the patio. I will definitely be happy to return and recommend it!

El Establo is in a great spot between the centre of town and the bus station so very convenient if you are busing to Torres del Paine. The room is very comfortable with a good breakfast. Great flexibility for checking in and out and also storing bags while trekking.

Th sink was too short maybe only 6 inches and the faucet sprays on the counter. It would have been nice to get fresh towels every other day.

A decent walk to get to the centre to pick up the hire car and to the restaurants, although there are some eateries nearby.

The communication with the property was a little confusing as the emails appears to come from Booking.com but were a fraud. The manager sent. WhatsApp asking for a copy of my passport which I also assumed was a fraud so didn’t reply - hence unfortunately my bill was higher as the tax on Chile was not deducted

The room was fantastic with a really good shower and comfortable bed - the breakfast was in the room which was different but it worked and there was plenty of food
