Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Falkland Islands (Malvinas)All staff made us feel welcome, helped us in any way we needed them at the front desk. Came back each day to the cleaner been with clean beds, towels and personal touch with the kids teddy's on the bed. Breakfast was amazing with so much to choose from and all the restaurant staff were exceptionally helpful. Always someone around the could speak English if needed help with translating the language.

United StatesBreakfast was uninspired, with only runny eggs. There were potatoes alongside once (thank-you). Could not turn down heat and room was too warm overnight. Some staff were not conversant in English and did not try get help.
Location was excellent right across from central plaza. Easy walk to all downtown areas, including artisinan/ fish market. Beautiful building and lobby, restaurant. Room was comfortable and windows opened on to the plaza. Not noisy.

Looks like it was recently renewed and looks up-to-date. Great lobby area, and breakfast/dinner area, very nicely laid out. Staff is supernice. Very good breakfast. Excellent dinner buffet with nice Valentine's day attention. Room was very comfortable, good beds. We stayed an extra night because we liked the hotel very much.
