He provided fresh baked bread, cheese,and meat. There was also cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, and plenty of other snacks. And a beautiful bottle of wine.

Breakfast foods included fresh fruits and cereal, which met our needs very adequately. Big surprise was the fresh baked bread from Luis! Plenty of tea and coffee and juice. There as a beautiful coffee/espresso maker too!

Luis' place was exceptional! Clean and tidy and beautifully appointed. There were so many lovely touches like the freshly baked bread and homemade jam on our arrival and the effort Luis went to make us feel welcome. We loved it!!

Parking was narrow

Loved the personal touches like the homemade bread, local wine, chocolates. Very friendly and considerate. Gave suggestions for shopping and restaurants.

Our car hire fell through so we had to walk everywhere. We felt a bit isolated

This was spacious and well appointed. The owners went out of their way to help us when we had a few transport issues. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

The cabin was very well equipped. We were able to do all the laundry that had stacked up during the long trip. Luis was very attentive, kind and helpful. He even helped deliver our bags to the airport when we were held-up by strong winds on our excursion. Without his help we would have missed our flights to our next destination. Everything about this property and the owners was beyond our expectations. Very well done accommodations. With little extras that made us feel special and very comfortable. Loved everything about this property…only regret was that we only stayed one night.

A bit of a walk in the cold temperature or a taxi ride to places of interest. Taxis were fairly easy to flag down.

Very warm welcome from the host. Decent breakfast of fresh bread, cheese, ham, jam, orange juice and serials was provided. Washing machine was useful. Bathroom was clean and modern.

Outstanding kitchen area. Cute cats! I would like to thank Luis for a hospitality that extends beyond an air b and b manager. Thanks for the incredible bread, jam, food in my fridge each morning (bread brought to my door). Thanks for the help with clothes washing (I only had a few items, so don’t push it guys). And thanks for your warm heartedness. I have never experienced anything like it before. See u in a week!

Everything was perfect

Louis is an amazing host and his lovely neice was on hand to get us checked in. The cabana was wonderful and our only regret is that we only stayed for one night. Louis provided lovely fresh baked bread and even ingredients for breakfast. The wine was a lovely gift too.

Nothing, it was perfect!

We had the mostly lovely stay in one of the cabins here! The host was so kind and friendly, and the attention to detail was outstanding. The cabin was so cosy and had absolutely everything we needed. We’ve been travelling for 7 months and this was easily the cleanest place we have stayed. We only had one night here but wish we had longer. The WiFi was fast, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. It’s an easy 20-minute walk into the centre of Punta Arenas and the cabin is located in a quiet residential area. We would 100% recommend this to anyone and it’s great value too - what a brilliant business the owner is running.

We had a car, which made the location easy for us, however it’s a little farther from the center of town if you don’t have your own transportation.

Wonderful stay! The unit was very comfortable and thoughtfully outfitted with everything we could need. Breakfast was plentiful and included delicious homemade bread - yum! Our host was so kind and helpful. Overall we really enjoyed this place and would definitely stay again.

Very friendly owner who personaly did the airport shuttle. Even drove us to the PDI station after dropping off our luggage. Appartment cozy and spacious bedroom, super clean, attention for details! Fresh baked bread for breakfast. Cats around the property which come in (when invited).

Wonderful place! So nice, convinient and well-kept, that we had fantastic stay there. The hosts are very friendly and protective. Fresh fruits, home-baked bread and chilean wine was waiting to welcome us :) I would recommend it to everyone!

I can't think of one thing!

The host was quick to communicate through WhatsApp and very, very nice. The two cabins are behind the house and two locked gates so very safe. Breakfast is already in the room and refrigerator so you can have it anytime in the morning that you want. He had treats out for us on arrival. He gave us a fantastic recommendation for dinner and even called a cab for us.
