We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandWe had a room facing the street (6th floor) and the windows are not really soundproof. It’s fine when you bring earplugs though.
Service was great all around. We arrived very early, they took care of our luggage, let us use the bathrooms to freshen up after a 16h bus ride and we even got a free coffee. Reception desk was very helpful in organizing transfer to Calama Airport. On top, the well equipped gym (for hotels) was great and the breakfast menu was very diverse.

Good place to stay; were only here one night for early flight the next day. Friendly desk staff, large comfortable room, good facilities including coffee and filtered water. Located centrally, and approx 10 minute taxi to airport. Would recommend.

United KingdomWhere to start… the staff here were some of the rudest staff I have ever encountered - if you came to them with a problem they tried to generally convince you that you were wrong or it wasn’t their problem - never seen this anywhere else in the world. Additionally, We had a cleaning staff enter our room early in the morning despite having a do not disturb sign on the door… then she tried to blame us for not having one when it was clearly there on the door. Now the restaurant is a complete joke, never been to a worse restaurant in my life. The food was terrible, they took 2 hours to bring some very basic food, forgot one of our party’s food entirely and also served me pink chicken. The burger was horrendous and our friends who ordered the steak had about 3 bites before leaving it because it was that bad… we’re not even fussy eaters but it was actually horrendous, sadly it was a national holiday so we had no choice but to eat there. They had a function on in the next room and we felt completely ignored, in fact the manager even told us to our face that we weren’t the priority here - come on… who says that to a guests face. Honestly save your money and go somewhere else for better service- whilst the facilities were nice the way the staff treat you can completely affect the whole level of the stay! Oh and just to add for the food, they repeatedly told us the food was coming any minute for well over 2 hours which felt like quite the insult for that period of time. Even the manager admitted the wait time was ridiculous. They blamed everything on a translation issue which was a joke (we had even used translate and they responded confirming when we ordered so definitely a lie). I don’t normally complain but I couldn’t not say something about this calamity of a place.

United KingdomOn our first night we had a bit a nightmare in the restaurant. We were told they had certain items of food which never arrived, our orders came out with things we asked not be included included and one of us was served an out of date beer as well as pink chicken. The only person who should some understanding when we complained about the string of issues was the manager, the staff didn’t seem so bothered which was a shame as they seemed so friendly before we had used the restaurant.
The room we stayed in was lovely, spacious and clean. It had everything we needed including free coffee pods which was a lovely touch! The amenities, e.g the pool was clean, warm and quiet, and the gym was good!
