Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandThe only stink thing were the little ants hanging around in the kitchen when food was left out. Another thing I wished was that there was wifi at the house where you dont have to pay extra for the hotspot. Other than that, its such an amazing place to stay!!!
The property was amazing! I would absolutely stay here again. Everything was great and fit for purpose. The beds were big and comfy. The aircon in each room was amazing! The kitchen was large and great to use.

New ZealandThe biggest let down to the property is the view is impeded by the ballastrades. For example the other villa has glass ballastrades which makes it easier to see the view.
Very well lit with all of the glass doors and windows. Clean spacious and modern. Nice bathrooms. Loved the walk in showers. Beds were very comfortable. Great having the aircon units in the bedrooms. Great spot for whale watching. Coffee machine an excellent addition with included pods. Nice nested seat ouside on the deck for two people. Great laundry facilities.

AustraliaAll the comments from Susan earlier are correct and more. This is the perfect place to stay with a family. We loved it, the bed are extremely comfortable and everything was spotless, I recommend to anyone. We will stay there again if it wasn't for the roosters who cannot shut up day and night!!!!! They keep competing each other for hours on end..... cue the first hour, horrible after that. The third day you do not hear them as much, but after a week, it is coming back with a vegreance.

New ZealandLocation was convenient to town. It is NOT a swimming spot. The beach is walkable, but you need shoes as there is coral on the beach. Good size Villa and brilliant elevated views over the lagoon to watch the whales.

We absolutely loved this property! Spent hours sitting on the balcony looking out to sea. The whales put on a show for us several times a day. It was just breathtaking! House was furnished with everything we needed, and we were so grateful for the coffee machine and pods and also laundry pods! Kitchen is stunning, nice spacious bedrooms and did I mention the view? What an incredible sight to wake up too! House is so beautifully designed and furnished. We will be back!

New ZealandFlight landed too late to get a sim card, and wifi/tv at house only worked with a vodafone plan, so we had no wifi for the night, had to ask a stranger to hotspot us to access an important email the next morning. But it wasn't too bad. Minor repairs needed - toilet seat wasn't attached, and ensuite door couldn't shut properly, but nothing major

New ZealandVillas were right on the waterfront , clean and tidy with all the modcons . BBQ supplied . Reef is very close and we were able to swim out past the reef at low tide and very safe with no strong currents. Very quiet as these villas are on the quiet side of the island so no tourists except for us. 10 min walk into Avarua. Able to see Humpback whales every day

New ZealandYou have to buy a 7day pass for $25 of wifi to connect to their wifi from the Vodafone shop when you arrive in the country .. communication about the wifi before getting to the accomodation would have been nicer … heaps of ants .. however I noticed at all the accomodations there are heaps of ants and not to scare anyone but there was quite a few geckos however we didn’t pay attention to those
Stunning house, right on the beach ! About 10 minute walk from town , 2 mins on a scooter or taxi … you get a free bottle of wine in the fridge which was nice
