Needed more shade on balcony and in kitchen. Beach was too shallow for swimming.

Beautiful home on the ocean front. Amazing ocean views with sunrise and sundown views from the balcony. Easy checkin, checkout process. Great location to be based on the island. Can't continue listing the great points. Overall, great accommodation. Will definitely be back with more family to enjoy the beautiful cook islands.

The location is a little further away from the best snorkeling beaches but it is close to town, good restaurants, and shopping. The wifi is not free and you must purchase a Vodaphone voucher. The Villa has a hotspot so that was very good.

Stunning view from this oceanfront and upscale villa. The deck is very large with glass partitions so the view is absolutely unobstructed! The facilities are spacious and very modern and new. The beds are super comfortable with lovely linens and pillows. The bathrooms are amazing with a shower to die for. Plenty of hot water and towels. The kitchen had every amenity possible even an espresso machine with pods provided. All the appliances are in perfect condition and the fridge was even stocked with a nice cold bottle of water and champagne!! Wow! Thanks! The living room furniture was nice and comfy. There is an excellent washer and outside clothes line for drying. We didn't need to use the AC because of the light breeze and weather we experienced but the AC is new and in each bedroom. We hope to stay here again!

Probably wouldn’t stay again with young children - not really child friendly safety and facilities wise, but very lovely. Tops of fridges etc and kitchen cupboard doors etc could do with a deep clean.

No air-conditioning in the lounge kitchen. This was a huge downfall because it was so hot. Ceiling fans would have helped. Cleaner come first day demanded a form with credit card details but they should have had this on file. Not something I wanted to sort on my holiday.

Loved this villa. Close to town and shops. Sea front villa for the most beautiful views. But this part of the beach was not for swimming. Loved the bathrooms and open plan lounge and kitchen with high celinings. Aircon in bedrooms. Bonus was the washing machine and phone. Nice and private too. Would stay here again.

The drive in was a little tight but once you were there everything else was amazing. If it had an infinity pool it would be hard to beat.

Excellent location as it was close to town. The villa was immaculate and I would rate it very highly as a place to stay in Rarotonga. It had ample room and some for our family and the beach view was amazing and we saw whales frolicking off the reef from inside the house every day we stayed there. It was excellent value and I would highly recommend it to others. The beach was swimable but not as nice as some of the others. However as the reef was only close to the shore, it was an easy swim out for boogey boarding. The beds were the best that I have ever slept on and I even tried to see what brand they were so I could buy some.
