Beautiful location,best property in my 20 days tour

Bed was a bit weird - it had an anti-stress sheet that made us uncomfortable (maybe because we weren't used to it?). Pillows really need to be harder - barely offered some support. Everything else was fine.

We were a bit unsure of what to expect coming here because of the mixed reviews, but it was honestly a good experience. The rooms are nice, the bathroom is decently sized and very clean, the balcony had a great view both during the night and during the day. The restaurant had good food at a decent (not cheap, not expensive) price. Overall, the value for money was excellent. We stayed in places priced 3x more and not as nice.

They close the main door of hotel after evening. Do remember to ask for main door key.

A family Inn near the valley. Nice view, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast. An ideal place to spend a cozy weekend.

No balcony. In the night we realized, we have one pillow only, so didn't want to disturb the staff. Next day we informed the reception. A cup of coffee was offered, but at the end we had to pay for it.

Very good location close to the street through the Bernina Pass. But quiet, with a nice view. Good breakfast. Restaurant with local food. Nice staff.

All staff welcomed us like family. Felt very comfortable and looked after overall. The panoramic view is amazing.

I had to pay 2 nights even though I didn't stay in the hotel for circumstances outside my control, there was a rockfall on the street and no traffic possible from Poschiavo to Sfazu nor from Bernina pass, public buses were cancelled. I was told my money is needed to pay the hotel personal, very sad that money from tourists is needed like this. If a hotel is full I could still somehow understand, but this was not even the case. Also no kindness to inform me of the closed road beforehand, now I had to pay another night on top in Poschiavo as it was too late to return home when I found out.

Totally disappointed with the property management. Couldn’t even get to the property from Pontresina (30 min sway) due to rock slides. Was advised by the border police (near the property) to take a detour through Livigno, Bormio and Tirano. After driving for about 3 hours we arrived (about 6pm) only to find that the road leading to the property is still closed (from Poschiavo). Even after 3 days, this same road is still not accessible to train, bus or car. I even called and talk to the property management about the situation but it doesn’t help. They were not willing to refund and suggested I reverse my same 3 hour detour journey just to get yo the property. It was late and we were tired from all the stress and decided to find and alternative accommodation nearby. It was ironic that the property management refused to allow for refund as it was nobody’s fault and the road closure due to rock slide is an act of god and that it was not a casual no show. Unbelievable. FYI, we have another group on the same car with us but staying in a different property near Zarera but was given full refund without any question asked. I rest my case.

Great and close attention from the personnel of the Hotel since we arrived until we left. What about the location? Couldn't be better! We will come again next year, for sure!

Gorgeous sport, wonderful host - conveniently located driving distance for day trips to lots of locations! Included breakfast was plenty, and dinner options were excellent.
