“Excellent location, just steps away from the railway station. The owners were lovely, and made me feel very welcome from the start: I was delayed in arriving, and they sent me a message offering to keep the kitchen open for me. The rooms are simple but very modern, with a comfortable bed and great shower. Excellent WiFi. There were plentiful power outlets in the room, as well as both USB-A and USB-C charging sockets. The TV had all the main British channels (and 300 others). There was no noise at night. The breakfast was very good and very fresh, consisting mainly of local produce, and is served at any time you want from 5.30 am, which is perfect when you need to get an early start. Above all, excellent value for money.”
