You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, super clean and amazing comfy bed. Decoration is super Swiss, so beautiful.

SwitzerlandThe owners of the hotel took a quite old building and transformed it into something very nice. The exterior is a cubical, but with the right extensions and colors, it looks amazing. The rooms are quite small, but even fora family of 4 it was more than decent. The isolation is excellent. The normal beds are very comfy. We had to use a sofa, which was not good enough. The cleaning was good, not perfect. Niches were not cleaned. The bathroom was amazing. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful with everything.

SwitzerlandNothing really. It would be very hard to find fault with this hotel. Horses are stabled near the hotel and one morning their owners were a little loud when preparing them to go out working, but as it was already about 8:00 am so really not an issue.
While the hotel was the typical Swiss small hotel, the food was way above expectations. We had dinner there on two occasions and it was fabulous. I have some mobility issues and the staff ensured that I had a room on the lower level with just a few steps.

Breakfast was plentiful and served in a lovely traditional mountain hut style "stubli". Staff service was excellent in every way. Private Parking was plentiful and safe adjacent to hotel. I was even allowed to park prior to my check in time making life easier ! Thanks .

SwitzerlandYou could hear noise from the bar. It wasn’t continuously noisy but 1.30am to 2am I was woken up by the sound of loud talking and laughing. Perhaps someone left a door open that should normally be closed. One would expect the bar to be closed at that time - it could perhaps have been other guests. Room did not initially smell that pleasant but after leaving the window open for an hour it was fine.
Great location. Excellent value for money. Breakfast was adequate but not started at the specified time. The host arrived late but apologized profusely saying it was the first time it happened. These things can happen but we did miss a little bit of skiing time (45 mins or so of the day).
