The staff is so cooperative and kind! Our holiday would have been ruined as we found the ski lifts were not operational AFTER we reached Samnaun. However, the staff at the front desk recommended several excursions and tripswhich we took and that was a boon in disguise. The breakfast spread was sumptuous too.

Culinaritywise less impressing than last time, dinner and breakfast seemed to be a bit below avarage.

Super friendly and professional reception staff at checkin/checkout, they even helped with additional request in advance. Made a very good impression, welcoming feeling. The room was nice, clean and well equipped, just like the spa facilities.

We arrived by bus, so in this instance we did not need to recharge our electric car. Were we to come back with our son and with the car, it would not be great to have to charge the car at 40 CHF a charge. Recommend to install a charger with kWh measurement for fairer pricing, since (hopefully) there will be many more guests with electric cars in the future.

Excellent experience all around. Very welcoming and helpful staff, really nice room with a stunning view. The spa area was also wonderful, and the swimming pool was also rather big (18m so lane swimming totally possible). Breakfast really great with a great view, and the dinner in Bündner Stuben also very high quality. Service always exceptional. We only had time to do one hike, which was amazing, and there seem to be many more options. Very good to get the cable car and lifts included with the guest card in the summer.

upon arriving, one of the service staff (Manuel?) made a bit of secene that i put my backpack next to a sofa in the lounge while i was having a cigarette in the fumoir. it felt akward and unprofessional

* the room was heated in the morning and in the evening which is making the room soooooo hot that we can’t sleep very well as we thought that we are sick but after 4 days staying we asked the receptionist to switch off the hitter timers finally we slept very well. A healthy sleeping room is a cold room ( low temperature ) no hitter in the summer please ! * at the breakfast and dinner many guests are sniffing and coughing making us not comfortable at all to sit around them in the same restaurant …… i think maybe because of the room hitter too high as the different of the temperature so much different from the outside ( not healthy ). In this pandemic is a bit worrying ( the hotels never asked our vaccination certificate ). In Austria at all places we have to show our certificate. * the pillow are away too soft as we asked already 3 extras ( big and expensive four stars hotel should have some choices of different kind of pillows because not all the guests suit with pillows from feathers ). * we asked for 2 lunch packages 1 vegetarian and 1 not because we have to checkout very early morning as we couldn’t have a breakfast at the hotel. But we received none vegetarian sandwiches. * the lady at the reception the night before checkout told us we will receive a small surprise from the hotel in the morning which is we don’t receive it. Other bad experience was outside the hotel at the terrace bar that the bar guy a bit racist and discriminated to my husband.

* the location in a beautiful valley. We received a room with a fantastic view mountain high from our balcony. * friendly employees in the restaurant at dinner and breakfast ( we have booked including breakfast and dinner ). They asked regularly if we are needed more or something ( which is very good because keeping the guests waiting is a bad thing ). My husband was graduated from Hotel school with a lot of experiences in the hotels so he have more eye for details. That’s why we love to travel enjoying and checking the services in every country. * they serve every dinners different menu with 4 course menu ( delicious, healthy and every small culinair portion but enough for us ). You really get full stomach after that maybe for some people not. * they offer free swimming pool and spa etc but pity we don’t use it as we are busy on hiking and sightseeing everyday. * let said it’s a fantastic village if you want to relax and enjoying the nature. * The bed was good. The shower was clean, very good water pressure. * enough space for our belongings and suitcases. * the standard room is big enough for two. Everywhere you go you have to pay double/triple so be prepared with your money … LOL…. the only we found very cheap are cigarettes and gasoline.

Since it was off-season, a lot of the other restaurants/shops were closed

The friendliness, attentiveness and flexibility of the staff were the best I’ve had in Switzerland! They took care of us when I had a medical situation and made sure we still had our meals arranged on time. Thank you very much for the great service! We were also able to enjoy our romantic bath and the pool facility without too much people as it was off-season.
