The hot tub was not hot enough, and there was a long walk between the changing room and the spa area.

Breakfast was included and had great variety. Wonderful customer service and a great room.

The bathroom, especially the shower is very small. The room was very hot, A/C was not working.

Beautifully decorated, modern and elegant. Location is perfect, in the heart of Zermatt and 100 m from lift. Breakfast is excellent!!!

The staff particularly this one Mr Evans was extremely RUDE to me ! He was absolutely ARROGANT to say the least ! I woudnt want to even come back to this property if they continue to have such ARROGANT staff ! After all I’ve come on a holiday to have a nice, peaceful time ! Not to face all this ARROGANT hospitality .

The property is really really good ! Loved every part of the property including the location , amenities , food . Totally suggest the property only if the property has better staff. If the staff are arrogant and rude no point of staying in such a good hotel also.

Great service, very helpful staff, good restaurant and nice spa facilities. Convenient location just 5 mins on foot from the train station. Hotel run by a local family together with 6 other locations in Zermatt - you have a feeling of being in the hands of people who really care about their business. Highly recommended.

I found it a pity that although breakfast was included, the items on the menu card came at an additional charge. The lady I spoke to on reception about the best way to get to the Cervo restaurant, didn’t tell me about the lift. I therefore walked a long way uphill to get there!

It has been clearly renovated and kept up to date. The decor, furniture and decoration were very tastefully done. The location is perfect!

Great hotel, location good, friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable and spacious room with a balcony. The breakfast was good too with plenty of choices. We really enjoyed the spa, pool and outdoor jacuzzi.

Air conditioning wasn’t working that well which we know in Europe it’s a challenge, we tried opening the door sulfuring the night but bugs came in so we had to shut the door closed. Also my son was in the other room sleeping on the sofa bed so even with the door open the mountain air would not get there. The temperature was in the high 70s in July with no wind. Otherwise everything was outstanding

It was a wonderful hotel with excellent staff who gave great recommendations. The plus was picking up and dropping off at the train station. It is very expensive to stay there but it was an outstanding.

While we loved that our room had air conditioning, we hard a really hard time keeping it cool. Our room was located on the second floor above the indoor pool, so we were constantly fighting the heat from the pool.

Room and hotel aesthetic was updated while fitting the outdoorsy style of Zermatt, size of room, breakfast, and the spa/pool area was fantastic. The location was convenient. We had a short walk to the train, the hotel was next to the river so it was quiet around our hotel.

Amazing hotel, beautiful, really felt you were staying in Switzerland. Loved the decor. Spa area very good along with bar, restaurant. Rooms were very comfortable. Staff were great, a real highlight. Location was very good. Very easy to walk to the main street. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Since we had the largest room the view was of the back mountain and not the river and Matterhorn. Otherwise this was a gorgeous hotel.

Excellent property and very well kept. We got the largest room in the hotel and loved it. It was able to be cordoned into two spaces. Great spa and wellness area. The breakfast was extensive and the river right in front is great. Also right across the cable car station.

Just the ventilation systems in the toilet and bathroom are too noisy. However, they are off, it is totally not a question.

Everything!!! The room is spacious and well decorated. The bed is comfortable and neck support pillows are available on request. The room is clean and the air conditioner is quiet. The drinks in the minibar are inclusive for the first day. The breakfast is outstanding in terms of quality and variety. The free daily afternoon tea is definitely a plus. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have showed us great hospitality. More importantly, it is not pricey for such standard of service when compared to most of the hotels in Switzerland. All in all, it is the best hotel we have stayed in our 15-day trip in Switzerland.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and nice balcony, breakfast buffett is great and has Lots of high quality options. Staff is great, even had a nice gym for a hotel to use on our day when everything was closed due to floods.

Nothing we didn't like! This hotel was way more than we expected! Didn't try evening meal because there are som many places in Zermatt to eat but breakfast was delicious!

Reception staff were so helpful and friendly, room was impeccable, spa was beautiful, breakfast was delicious - one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. They have E-mountain bikes to hire which were brilliant, so many great trails around Zermatt.

Very nice modern. Staff could not have been better or more helpful. They were awesome. Only complaint was the sauna/ steam/ hot tub closes at 8. We hik e a lot and by the time we got back it was always closed or about to close. That's dumb.

TOO Much construction noise, view was good but need to trim tree, man at breakfast seemed like we worked for him... he was not friendly, and but he was very efficient for hotel..we were there too be a little pampered and enjoy the Matterhorn... not be treated like we worked for him...we plan to return but maybe a different hotel

Great value for money and they really think about every little detail to make your stay comfortable and to have a local experience. Everything is of high quality and I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a great balance of experiencing an physical outdoor holiday but also likes the balance of some little luxuries.
