No buggy transfer between hotels which is annoying on an evening when it’s raining. The price for parking is high £50 per day. The price for food is as high as I’ve ever seen. £60 for a basic burger at lunch.

It’s amazing in every way. Great resort. Lots to do. Easy to walk ( 200m )between hotels and the 7 restaurants. The Alpine spa in the main hotel is payable by waldhotel guests and is around £200 for 4 hours or £260 for the day each. This is a lot when the waldhotel has its own spa with most of the facilities the main one has.

The view is absolutely stunning and breathtaking. The breakfast is very delicious, especially the croissants and eggs benedict. The resort’s restaurants have amazing views. An electronic bidet (shattaf) is available in the bathroom.

Everything was very expensive ( spa restaurants etc.) We booked this hotel which is beautiful but was too quite for us so we asked to move to the other building hotel because here the bar and lobby was closed during the day ( except for specific times)and our spa treatments were booked in the other hotel . It’s 5 min walk between them but we preferred to add the payment and move to the more active hotel .

Perhaps a complimentary shuttle to & from Zurich Airport might be condidered. The Opera Dinner was very enjoyable & I hope more similar evening activities will be added in the near future.

The natural beauty of the spectacular property the hotels are situated on is simply amazing. The hotels provide superb service, from booking to the wonderful, friendly & knowledgeable staff on arrival to the property. My dining experience did not disappoint. I enjoyed the delectable freshness of each meal & the delightful presentation. My room was spacious, clean & quite modern with an amazing alpine view. The fresh orchids in the room added a very nice welcome touch to the ambience which is set for guests relaxation & rejuvenation.

There is nothing i could possible mention.

This is like a dream place. An experience you would hardly forget! The location is dreamy, my room was facing the hills with cowbells ringing all day. Breakfast are exquisite, whatever you like will be served within a minute. Service everywhere in the resort is amazing, stuff is the friendliest and the most entertaining for the ones who travel alone too. You can enjoy several different restaurants with great cuisine and views. Spa in the Waldhotel is perfect, clean and quiet, not many visitors during a low season (i was basically alone there all the time). You can also enjoy some attractions around or visit Luzern by boat fastly.

It was hard to understand the different inclusions and all of the facilities available to guests. I think a more comprehensive briefing at checkin and a WhatsApp concierge service would be more effective than the QR code system and website which was time consuming and clunky. Spa treatments were outrageously expensive even given the high end clientele.

Big room, great views and the service was fantastic- excellent staff. Food was great quality at every restaurant I visited.

Nothing major, it's a top hotel. We didn't realise the mini-bar in the room was all complimentary (all non-alcoholic), coffee pods not replaced until day 3. But that's being picky!

We loved this hotel, whilst not Lake facing, the alpine views are as spectacular and the hotel, being new is beautifully designed. Our room was lovely and we were able to get into it early. The spa facilities incredible and being able to use the main pool up at the resort hotel a plus.

The best hotel i have visited in Europe. Very lexiouruis and worth the money The view i had was so beautiful i didnt want to leave my room. And i went for dinner to the stake house in the hotel and i had one of the best cuts of beef in my life. The swimming pool and spa experience is top notch 100% would recommend
