Rooms were a bit small and furnishings were not optimal (e.g. hangers next to the window on an open space / no wardrobe). The bathroom fan seems broken so moisture doesn't effectively leave the bathroom unless you keep the door open and the bedroom window open.

Super helpful staff (even helped me organise a same day dentist appointment as one of my fixtures has a problem), great location in the middle of the old city (but needs some walking to get to the train station and most of the shops).

Nothing. The rooms don’t have air con which might be a problem, but it was in the high 20’s during our stay and we were fine.

Its location in the old town. Bus from town centre stops outside the door, or it’s a 10-15 minute walk to the centre or lake shore.

The room was technically weird....very few power sockets, all far away from the bed, the sinks with mixer, and the bed lamps connected to no switches we had to unplug for the night (one being plugged behind the bed which forced us to move it). Maybe they need to renovate to make the room more user friendly ^^'

Location was on a steep hill with the town centre at the bottom, we would have picked a hotel closer to the train station and the centre of town if we went again. I appreciate the hotel had a musical/stage theme but the rooms design took the theme too literally making the room very impractical - the curtain for instance, like a stage curtain but in front of the desk area where all the sockets were so once shut you couldn't access any sockets or the only means of cooling the room, a small desk fan.

It was further from the train station than we expected and the bus was not running. So hard work pulling our suitcases uphill.

Breakfast not included and at a nearly £500 price tag for two nights I find this unacceptable. Breakfast is an extra €25 each and it was a rather basic continental spread. Were told on check in our breakfast times so assumed included as not told it would be additional. Luckily we found out who’re we started eating. Lumpy pillows Coffee etc not replaced daily. Small amount to start with. Not fresh milk Informed 206 buses ran until 2am by reception when in fact they finished at 8 pm

Clean Quirky decor Fourth floor suite was what I would class as a normal sized double room. Good sized fridge Parking nearby was good/ secure. Tram and bus nearby

Loved this hotel! We usually choose self catering but liked the look of the TraLaLa. We had a fab room with loads of space and unique character - quiet, great views, comfortable bedding and a lovely bathroom. The staff were really helpful and great craic, and the food was amazing! We'll definitely be back. Thank you for a great visit.

All the staff were good and polite except for one old lady she was rude , and the young staff was very polite and helpful . The ambience was good , the theme of the hotel was awesome

Was a long way uphill from the train station (walking) There was a bus that goes up but on first arrival we did not know this.

Our room was lovely, very spacious and a great view too. Two sinks in the bathroom is always a bonus! Coffee machine too although more milk would have been better and fresh milk even better! The festival decor is great in the hotel even if you're not into jazz. Breakfast was good, lots of choice and nice quality.

As the hotel is situated on a busy street, it can get a bit loud due to the traffic. But the hotel room provided 1pair of ear plugs, which was a nice touch when needed. The rooms don’t have AC or a fan, so it gets hot over night with closed windows.

The hotel has a nice cozy atmosphere. Breakfast was good, although the same every day, it was ok for few nights. Luckily there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which is convenient as the hotel is quite uphills from the lake area.

No mini bar/fridge inside the room on 3rd floor, TV is very small and located on the desk that is far from the bed.

Location is very good, bus station no 206 that conects you with promenade on the lake is in front of the hotel.

I wish there had been a few more bath amenities … conditioner would have been nice.

The hotel has a fun mix of music memorabilia. It’s a bit out of the bustle of downtown, but only a 10-minute walk away. The staff is absolutely wonderful!!
