A bed was soft for me, and a pillow was too high. Also, a temperature is rather high in the room for proper sleep, but with an open window it was ok.

house keeping, not as efficient , only make the the beds but bathroom not cleaned probably especially will are three staying in the room . coffee cups not washed and leaking pipes below the sink . had to complain a coupe of times before it been fixed

Beautiful, small Swiss themed hotel located in quiet street away from main areas, but still within walking distance. This is a small hotel but is very clean and the swiss theme and touches made it a nice experience for us. Rooms are average size, bed a are comfy, and the entire place is very clean. No complaints from me!

We were given room at level 4 which needed the elevator. Unfortunately the elevator has hardly any space for all our lugggage and pax at the same time.

Location is good as it is within short walking distance to the tram stop. Quiet surrounding. Property is clean and staff friendly and helpful

Maybe add a small milk in fridge to have with coffee- we don’t drink black coffee. Lift very small, can only fit one person in at a time, especially with luggage.

Staff let us check in early which was lovely and offered umbrellas and restaurant recommendations etc. We had a big, spotlessly clean room with tea/coffee, shampoo/soaps & fridge which was handy. 10 min walk from city centre, quite easy to manage! Good food options near hotel. Traditional design of the room was something different and quite beautiful.

Maybe let people know the elevator is so small, not an issue for us but families might want the heads up on that.

The breakfast was basic to poor. We stayed for 4 nights, and told us that after 3 days they change the bed sheets and they didn't do so. In our notice to the receptionist, the answer was an " ohh.., do you want sheets to change them by yourself? ". ( not an apology for a prepaid room)

The location was ideal near the old city center, easy to find with the tram and train. The room was spacious and clean.
