It was nothing but excellent. Service and staff outstanding. Location was easy to find especially with there pick up service. Overall I’m one word….perfect. Definitely when in Zermatt I am staying at this hotel.

The only thing that would made this stay 11 out of 10 is if there was no construction near the hotel. It’s not in the hotel hand but I would definitely stay again at the Omnia in the future.

Right planning, helpful staff and given that you can't get there by car there was excellent service, beautiful view and Swiss Quality, all perfect and very cosy to relax and enjoy Matterhorn

The hotel was wonderful, the room clean, tidy, with beautiful living room, balconies and bathrooms. The hotel knew it was our birthday and they welcomed us with a wonderful surprise, bottle of champagne and balloons. The staff is extremely pleasant and kind, and the restaurant has exquisite cuisine,l! We will definitely be back!

There is absolutely nothing I did not like :)

This is one of the best staff I had in a hotel. I came here many years ago and I remembered the same, the staff is exceptionnal, really gives you the impression to feel at home. The restaurant is also great, such as the facilities and the spa with the wonderful pool. And the nice view above Zermatt, and so many things you'll have to discover... You really will enjoy this place.

There was no A/C and it was a bit warm. The rest was all perfect and clean.

The staff welcomed us in the most beautiful way, then the manager came in and welcomed us even more. Friendly staff that makes you feel like Family. The location is Superb, and close to everything.

We booked a night at the hotel for my birthday; what I did not know was that the Omnia decided to spoil me more by upgrading our room to the Tower Suite! The attention was very touching and we were ecstatic! We can’t thank the Omnia enough for this wonderful surprise! You know it’s a great establishment when the people working there are as genuinely friendly and kind. They feel happy and as guests we feel the joy too. We had a wonderful time dining at the restaurant and relaxing at the spa. Overall, we had a very memorable experience.

We were there in the middle of the Summer and the rooms were a bit warm. Opening the windows wasn't the best solution as there are church bells close by.

The service throughout the hotel was impeccable. We've stayed in many, many 5 star hotels and this was one of the most charming, personable teams we've ever encountered. The restaurant was the best in town and the staff there, especially Lars and Temo, made the experience very enjoyable. Bravo Christian for such an excellent operation!

Loved the view and the comfy bed. The restaurant had an amazing schnitzel. Nice touch with the free bourbon in the bedroom for my partner. Nice hot tub/jacuzzi. It must be amazing in the winter.

The bathroom was minuscule; not enough room to turn around. We didn’t even attempt a shower.

Location is excellent, right in the center of Zermatt. All the staff was superb. A real highlight of the stay. The restaurant was excellent. Creative, leaning toward vegetarian but with meat and fish options.
