We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBe aware that the room door opens directly onto an open air terrace overlooking the railway station, which made it quite noisy at night. We noticed cigarette smoke in our room when the balcony door was open as our neighbours smoked on their balconies.
The hotel was easy to access straight from our train by walking to the end of platform 1. Breakfast was absolutely brilliant and the cook to order omelettes were delicious. The balcony had brilliant views across the roof tops to lake Geneva and the alps beyond, although you need to have a 5th floor room to get this. There was plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe. Security was very good. The Freddie mercury pictures in the public areas were very interesting.

Close to Montreux railway station - you can get to the hotel from the end of platform 1. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was lovely and comfortable and the decor overall was great.

Best breakfast. Many kinds of selection for breakfast. The room is bigger than what you expect. Each person has a separate closet. Access to the hotel can direct walk from the station platform 1. Very easy access to Freddie Mercury Statue.

Great hotel, located a few minutes from the train station. It's convenient to walk to the store or go hiking. It's worth taking a room with a balcony, the other rooms look into the building opposite.

Taiwan1. Our room is a bit nosy in the early morning. 2. The smell inside the room isn't good, so I tried to open the window. However, there happened to be someone smoking, and the smell of gas from a truck just went in the room. In the end we have to close the window.
The location is really super, just next to the train station. So people with big luggages can walk directly to this hotel from the platform.
