We've got a double bed room instead of a single bed.

The room was very clean!! The bathroom is big an they offer shower gel/hand soap and shampoo. The room was also a decent size and it had coffee and water. It is located near the railstation, you exit the hotel and you are on platform A; which is great for day-travelers to catch the train. A plus is that the hotel is modern and it's more up-to-date than others in Switzerland.

Their restaurant has good coffee and bread. Good selection of hot dishes. The bedroom size is big. Close to the train station.

We didn't realize that the hotel could be used directly from platform One at the train station, and ended up having to walk and pull luggage up and down several streets.

We loved the location, close to the train station and just steps away from the beautiful lakeside promenade and restaurants.

Lovely hotel ideal place to stay whilst visiting Montreux no disturbance from any noise of the trains. Staff were superb, very attentive and helpful, very accommodating would highly recommend this hotel

All. It is right at the train station and still very calm, we could sleep well. The room was spacious even for the 4 of us. The breakfast is extensive, you have all kinds of food. The personnel is very kind, they are uni students on their work experience supervised by professionals. The hotel is brand new. We would definitely come back.

Breakfast was shared with university students not staying at the hotel. Always very busy and noisey and not what we expected. We had no notification of this and it spoilt breakfast time. Very basic breakfast. Very noisy right next to railway line. Lacking attention to minor details, such as having to ask for cleans cups, no rubbish emptied, no wine glasses etc. Lots of light in rooms making sleep very hard.

There is no air conditioning here. It was very warm, especially at night under the fluffy warm comforters. Perhaps it would be helpful to have fans available, but none were available.

Very convenient location to train station, and a very clean and modern hotel. The building is very secure, with key required to use elevators and access doors and corridors. We used laundry facilities, which were very convenient.

The room was a bit noisy when we had the windows opened, because it was close to the train tracks. However, the windows close perfectly and the noise was really low after that.

The staff was awsome and friendly. It made possible to do the check in a bit early without problem. The room was spacious, beds were confrotable and the cleanlyness of the hotel was superb. Good breakfast.

During our stay of three days room was not cleaned even once despite requesting the receptionist two times.Electric plugs for phone charging are not in a convenient position.They must be bedside.

Loved all the Freddie Mercury references, photos and paintings on the walls, the logs on the plates and the signatures on the towels. The hotel is very close to the Freddie Mercury statue by the lake. The breakfast was delicious, the best bacon! The staff were friendly and welcoming. Good swimming opportunities nearby.
