Location for sure! It’s actually located right on the train platform 1 that you arrive on. We made the mistake of following all the people when we got off the train but it was at the other end of the platform. The breakfast buffet was the best I had ever seen in Europe. Even omelettes made to order. Justina was amazing at the front desk. Was very helpful giving us ideas while in Montreaux.

Hotel is very close to the main street, there is no sound from the trains at night, the room we booked is big with 4 wardrobes, there is an underground car park which we booked in advance. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good as well, will definitely recommend this hotel!

Lovely, modern hotel! Really spacious room for 4 adults with lounge area and balcony. Beds were super comfy and the complimentary bar of Cailler chocolate and bottle of water each was a lovely surprise - thank you! Would like to have stayed longer!

They don't have charging points next to bed. Rest everything was great.

I loved this hotel. So much convenient from the train station since its located towards the end of platform. The staff is great in welcoming you. They have tea/coffee station of you want to wait.. They also give you city pass which is great money saver. The rooms have great view. The breakfast was amazing.. Lot of options plus they give you parcel packets if you want to pack some. The hotel is homage to Freddie Mercury who is a singer, so u will find lot of his pictures etc. The lady at reception, can't remember her name. She was so helpful and pleasant in welcoming. They also had two big bars of chocolate in the room for you which was so great to see.

Couldn't be better right at the train station convenient when doing day trips to the nearby cities. Short walk to the lake. Be sure to request the top floor to enjoy the sunset on the lake from the balcony. The staff was very nice and helpful. We got great restaurant recommendations which were excellent.

Location! Literally on the station platform so fantastic for getting there and for trips from base yet a 5 minute walk down to Lake and promenade. Fabulous views from shared balcony area. Great shower. Good breakfast selection.

Supper easy to get to from the train station, just walk along to the end of platform 1. Exceptional staff, everywhere very clean and the room, bed very comfortable and excellent breakfast. 10 min walk from Lake Geneva, shops and cafes.

Afte 4 weeks on the road in Europe staying in A and B etc apartments, it was so great to stay in a quiet, clean, roomy comfortable new hotel, right on the train station and run by a very attentive staff that really cared about our stay. The bed was a king bed (the best ) and a walk around deck to see the city and a full breakfast, including eggs and hot meats.

Excellent location for train station. Easy access to lake, near an escalator for journey up from lake. Fab view from our balcony on 5th floor. Comfortable bed and room had everything needed. Hot shower and nice bathroom

Central location, next to the station and a 2 min walk to the lake. The family room was large and had everything you needed. Receptionist was excellent.

The hotel is right next to the train station, it is very convenient to travel on train. The hotel is clean, the room is spacious and the breakfast is very good with a lot of fruit, good quality cheese and nice pastries.

Everything about the hotel was top class. Staff was very very supportive and helped us with all our doubts... The best part about the hotel is the closeness to the station ( please do not follow Google Map!!!!)... it is a minute away from platform 1... We had the family room (4 beds) and it was HUGE... with enough and more space for our bags!!

Inability to pay in cash.

Direct access to the hotel from 1 platform of the railway station. Great staff !!! Ability to use the Montreux Riviera Card, which gives : free public transportation throughout the Riviera ; 50% off all museums ; and 20% off to several exciting places further away from the Riviera.
