- The bed at room #4 was making loud creaky sounds every time you move - didn’t sleep well during my stay. - Mentioned in the details before booking includes TV with cable network - no connection at all, raised it to the owner but no action was done. - No lift, the stair steps were thin, have to be careful when moving your luggages up and down. - Pillow(1) and comforter are old and over used that it no longer serves it’s purpose. - No reception, purely self check-in and self service

The hotel’s location was convenient, the bus stops are just infront, there are nearby restaurants and grocery shops.

The room was not like expected or described. I asked for twin beds but that is not what I got. The sink in the bathroom is really small.

The location is nice and easy to find. I liked the balcony and the access to a common kitchen place.

Poor, tiny bath, worn-out towels, very few outlets. Felt like this was a re-worked room from the 50's, as the layout was inconvient for todays world. UPGRADE your place!!!!

- they said they will send entrance code by email + to be found at the door in envelope. But nothing was correct. we came at 6 pm, we found many envelopes on the door but none for us.. i text, text, call until she/ he replied ( you didn’t recieve the key?) how come i will receive it if no envelope and you didn’t send it. so finally the person sent the code, and said your room is no. 11, i opened the key box by the code, and the key was with number 9!, i sent to that person it is 9 not 11 , and said ( Put back the key!, Is not yours!, Put back the key than give the code that i send you!!, I give you already the code) i told him/ her i put same code and this is the key in opened box! by chance a“ guest” came from the building saying ( i found in my key box 2 keys and i will put that one back), I checked it and it was no. 11. so by their mistake they put 2 keys in one key box. - wrong room. I booked Twin room, but the room wasn’t Twin. i sent to whats person, and said ( We don't receive this, We receive a double room, If the room is not OK for you you can cancel free of charge, We have no other room available, Ok.. I am cancelling the reservation than, They give you back the money, No worries!) it was at 6:37 pm, im just checking in, and they kicked us out! Instead of apologizing for the mistake!!! - toilet glass door not working. i used the toilet, with glass door. surprisingly the door wasn’t open! i stuck in the toilet, thankfully i have someone in the room, so i manage to get to my phone to text them,, and after 10 minutes, they send someone to open it. what if no one with me? how i will get to my phone? and how to open the door room to the maintenance man?!!!!!!! He told us they can’t fix it todey, so leave it half open, then tomorrow they will move us to other apartment in other building. tomorrow, at 1 pm they said an apartment is ready for us at other building not hotel! Besides: - Transport card given after we ask about it the next day.

Everything. The linens were stinky. We couldn't sleep comfortably. The room was dark, nothing like the picture. The shower drain gets clogged up. Floors were creaky, we can hear the footsteps above us. Kitchen had very minimal supply. No paper towels. An old place which needs cleaning and renovation. It is not a hotel, more like a low budget motel. Will not book this place again and I recommend you to book elsewhere if you'd like a comfortable place and good nights rest.

There is no reception, not even for check-in or check-out. The responsiveness to whatsapp is poor. I did not get my BusPass until I asked for it several times (I spoke to other guests, and they had the same issues). Wi-Fi was very bad, most of the time it had no signal.

We did not like anything except the central location. We were never able reach anyone who was responsible for the facility. The room was hot and we could not open the window more than 3 inches at the top.

Really nothing went well except that we liked the bar below the hotel and the people who work there. There was nobody attending the hotel. How could it be called a hotel? We could not get in contact with the proprietor, although on calling the phone number on the room's door we discovered that it belonged to the previous owner. She told us that the facility had gone downhill since she sold it.

There are no staff at this location. it can be noisy at night since an outside sitting of a bar restaurant is under our open windows. It is quite a walk from the train station, especially if you have heavy luggages

We liked the common area like the kitchen and the balcony. There are restaurants close by. The room was ok with a confortable bed. we had a fan for cooling.

No reception, Communication with owner was atrocious, Toilet stopped working after less than 12 hours and was never fixed. toilet lid was broken . Apartment not clean big cobweb over toilet. bedsheet had a small tear and stain on bed sheet. Apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no lift. Did not provide the swiss passes till he was asked. On check in envelope the wrong floor and wrong apt no was put. Dishwashing liquid is so diluted it does not clean the dishes and the dishwasher did not work. Coffee powder was rock solid and Stale. Communication is terrible he does not reply and the phone number just rings out. Worst place we have stayed in.

It’s a big and pretty place with a great view on both ends of the apartment. Amenities were complete and we lived every bit of our stay ❤️❤️❤️ very accommodating owner also (delivered the mail to us in person). Bus stop right outside the door

Check in was difficult... Bathroom was mouldy Towels were smelly....felt like Towels were not washed with detergent ......Pillows were 2 different kind both very old and horrible.... It is a old building....with no lift.. During our stay I felt like I should have paid $100 extra a night and not stay here.... Never will return here.... After 5 PM there are no hotel staff... Only hotel staff 9 to 5 are the cleaning lady...and no English or German speaking staff..... A man comes around 3 PM and gives your room key while standing outside and disappears....no service desk or office... Will never go there again....

May be the location... My partner said common kitchen is useful..... Bus stop to main train station right in front....

We stayed at the two bedroom apartment for 4 nights. The apartment was clean and quiet. There is a bar and restaurant on the first floor but we can't hear any noise. The only disvantage is there is no elevator so we have to carry our lugguage all the way to the third floor but it's worth our efforts for the reasonable price. We would stay here again if we come back to Interlaken.

The outlet for the table fan didn't work. The motion sensor in the restroom would keep turning off. You could wave your hands if you're on the toilet, but if you were in the shower then its lights out. So you had to shower with the door open. The bedspread smelled musty. The place is pretty basic and that's perfectly fine. But it's when the basics don't work as expected, it's disappointing.

Location was great. Room had a table fan to keep us cool. Had a patio which was also nice.
