Absolutely beautiful views from the room and the hotel is at a great location close to the heart of the city. Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff at reception were very helpful and arranged a last-minute cab very early in the morning.

This is a lovely family-run hotel in a good, quiet location in Interlaken. We were able to walk quite easily from Interlaken West station, even with 2 very large suitcases, and on several occasions during our stay, walked, (without the cases), to Interlaken Out station. We found all the staff to be very friendly & helpful, the room was a good size with a comfortable bed, a small but perfectly equipped bathroom with over bath shower and good toiletries provided, and we had a lovely balcony, with two comfortable chairs and a nice mountain view. Although the setting is in a quiet location, the hotel is within very easy walking distance of lots of restaurants, shops and for the paragliding pick up and return point (paragliding being huge in Interlaken!). The hotel has a lovely quiet garden area out front which is well equipped with tables and chairs and where you can relax in either sun or shade. We particularly liked that a microwave, plates and cutlery are provided so that guests can eat their own meals in the lounge or outside and therefore save a bit of money by not having to always eat out (Switzerland being rather expensive). The breakfast buffet was excellent. The pool is lovely and is open from 7am to 10pm. There is also a treadmill, an elliptical, some free weights and resistance bands and an exercise ball, although as these are all sited in the pool area, which is kept very warm, workouts do tend to be quite sweaty!

Great location walking distance from Interlaken West station from Zurich. Beds were very comfortable. Close to restaurants, transport etc Lovely views of mountains.

The staff were very friendly, helping us to arrange taxis and providing an early check-in. The hotel is walking distance from both Interlaken Ost and West train stations, as well as from a number of excellent restaurants and shopping.

The breakfast spread could have been slightly better. Since a lot of Indians were amongst the guests... one Indian item @ menu would be appreciated.

I found breakfast server bit rude. One day during breakfast time she held my shoulder while showing the table to sit for breakfast. This is not the way to treat your guests came for breakfast. There were other things also I didn’t like about that one particular lady but because of her I cannot say all other staff weren’t good.

Very nice staff and great service. A high quality swimming pool, equipment with treadmill and some sports machine, can be used from 7am-10pm. Breakfast was good.

The toilet in the room smelled like urine although the toilet looked clean. And we couldn't identify the source of the smell.

Loved that they had free parking. Staff at the reception and breakfast were so friendly and helpful. Location was great too.

Lift is small, and some steps to walk down to reach the lift. Its manageable and staff is helpful but wish this could be renovated. Nevertheless, property is nice.

Beautiful view of the snow covered mountains from our balcony. A very nice hotel with amazing views in a quiet and beautiful town of Interlaken. Loved staying here. Breakfast was ok, limited options.

we were 3 people, the beds were double bed but with Single beddings for 2. Could not accomodate the child in between, hence had to make 1 person sleep on the floor. Though did get extra quilt & pillow, but would prefer to get full bedding when on a vacation. Also Now days with world changing more towards Vegan food, would prefer to have more vegan meals in the breakfast as well.

The view from the location was nice. Staff was really good and helpful. Rooms were clean and nice.

For me just prefer the bed mattress a bit harder coz its too soft..but on the whole superb accommodation..

It was very tricky to get to the room with 2 Prams, since we had to change lift on the 1st floor every time. There were some works on the top floor being done, so it was not very comfortable to move around. The swimming pool was extremely cold to swim with kids.

Only thing I noticed was a new shower curtain is needed as it's a bit mouldy on the bottom but that's all. Such a fantastic hotel!!

Fabulous stay here last night!! Highly recommend this hotel can't wait to stay again. We got an amazing free upgrade to a large suite 2 bedrooms so clean and lovely! Breakfast was so delicious, staff were amazingly helpful 5 stars
