We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Absolutely amazing stay. The inn keeper was lovely and so kind - she gave my kids chocolate and a Swiss flag upon check in. The apartment was perfectly suited for our family with a full sofa couch and separate bedroom. Free onsite parking was huge for us too.

It’s a family run business with Veronica as the most sweetest, kindest receptionist/host who is a walking encyclopaedia!! She had a wealth of knowledge of the local area & transport system. So you tell her where you want to go & she immediately can calculate how you will get there. She also gave us an Interlaken guest travel card that was for the duration of our trip. You can use the card on trains & buses. On our last day we were running late for our train so Veronica offered to drive us to the boat pier at Interlaken OST station. She went above & beyond for us! What a first class host! That’s real hospitality! The bedroom was great size not very large but adequate for our short stay. We had 2 small suitcases & 2 rucksacks so they all fit in the room. I think if we had 2 large suitcases then we would need a bigger room. The single bed was a bit narrow but was very comfortable to sleep on & included was 2 big pillows! There was a microwave, mini fridge & kettle. Bamboo cutlery & bowls. A selection of tea bags & coffee, sugar. There was a desk & chair as well as TV. There’s also air conditioning unit in the room. There were 2 windows that you can open, one had the perfect view of the front garden & mountains. The bathroom was decent size, had toilet, sink & shower & a window to air the room. Overall I was satisfied with the room & because it’s a private building there’s not too many rooms so it’s much quieter. Except we could hear the neighbours above us who had heavy feet!! But the noise did stop after midnight. I would highly recommend the Swiss inn & apartments because it is set against a beautiful backdrop of the mountains 🏔️ it’s a 3 minute walk to Interlaken West train station. There is A giant Migros supermarket in a small shopping mall & Denner discount Shop that is 1 or 2 minutes walk from the inn.

The staff / owner. Such beautiful, welcoming people who made you feel at home. Nothing was too much to ask. Easy walk to Interlaken West station & bus terminal & Migros store nearby. Clean & spacious room with lots of thoughtful extras like microwave, coffee & tea facilities, mini fridge & laundry facilities available. Even wooden cutlery sets which was so thoughtful for Europe! Would definitely stay again.
