The location was great maybe a good size block and 1/2 from the train station. We loved the location to town about the same distance. The service and cleanliness were the best!!

The host is lovely - very helpful and kind. The location is perfect for travelling to popular tourist spots and also to the airport. It is my second time staying here and loved it. The apartments are great for longer stays with larger groups and if you want to be able to cook - there is a stove, microwave, multi-cooker, dishwasher, kettle, fridge, etc. Overall, a great place to stay with lovely hosting and staff - cleaners also very friendly and do an excellent job.

No lift, so we need to carry our heavy luggage by ourselves up to the second floor. It's tough for us as we are all ladies.

The staff was friendly and offered us suggestion on where to go and gave us a free pass to travel via bus/train in interlaken.

The beds were comfy but as I commented above they were very narrow, I am six four….length was fine.

Perfect location. Just a short 5 minute walk from Interlaken West train station. The accomodation was set in quiet street and we had a small balcony that we could sit on and enjoy the view of the mountains.

Keeper Veronica was a very nice lady. She explained every little thing we needed to know about our stay and the surrounding area. She even gave us some travel passes to use on local buses and trains. The place was a little old-looking, but it was good enough for us. There was a small pantry with enough utensils to prepare some food as well.

Excellent location, stunning view, perfect apartment with two floors. Kitchen will all essentials and equipment. Clean by every standard and the lady who owns and operates the apartments was one of the most kind and helpful persons I’ve ever met. Congratulations, can’t wait to stay again.

The cleaners come round to attend to the rooms quite early so you need to remember to put your do not disturb sign out.

Host was very friendly and gave us a lot of information about local attractions and highlights. The accommodation was a short walk to interlaken west station and also reasonably close to interlaken ost station.

Everything felt like being at home. A warm welcome from the great lady in the hotel's reception, which brought updates on weather & nearby places. room view was great too with mountain view. Its very private place (only a few rooms) Location is awesome. 5mins walk from Interlaken West Station & central shops road. Highly recommended. will come again. thank you.

Newly renovated bathroom. Hot shower every night. Clean facilities. Comfy beds. And to top it off the MOST amazing hosts who were so welcoming and helpful. Walking distances to the train station and shops. Cosy and warm in winter. Microwave, kettle and fridge in room. Thank you Swiss Inn for a great stay ☺️
