The building was out of power for a few hours right when we were checking out. We had a ton of luggage (we got married in Switzerland) so this was an inconvenience

The room was extremely warm and the AC didn't work. Seemed to be a normal occurrence as they had fans on standby and simply said there was nothing they could do.. Can't imagine what it would be like in hot weather as it was only about 20c outside. The "AC" was blasting hot air continuously. Really bad pillows but the bed was good.

Staff were nice, location was great, free chocolate.

Reservation specifically requested two twin beds; on check in room assigned was full bed. Return to desk to request room change. Photo on line was not accurate as it related to the chocolate fountain, which was not operational. The second night of our stay, there was only "warm" water in the shower, no hot water in the sink and no housekeeping and clean towels needed to be requested. Ordered taxi for early airport transfer; cost of the ride which was at 6:30 a.m. with little traffic was more expensive than the transfer from the airport to hotel. Driver said "because of the traffic"????

Staff was helpful. Location is quite near to Zurich HB station if you wish to travel ahead. Bfast was nice.

I didn't like being lied to about no availability for early check in when suddenly all rooms were available at 3pm magically. The staff was disingenuous and refused to accommodate me and I was very tired due to jet lag.

Location was the best thing about this hotel. Otherwise I think the price was way too much for a three star hotel without much amenities.

The room is not huge and the bathroom is even smaller. If you're a larger/heavier person, it's tough to fit into it all. Also, if you have trouble with stairs, it's tough to get up to the front door, just something to be aware of.

Great location, within short walking distance from the train station. Breakfast was great. Watercooker in the room so easy to make a cup of coffee.

Lobby: No chocolate fountain! Entrance door swung out over steps, not accessible or easy with bags. Breakfast area in lobby, overheats in summer Desk/lobby area cramped. The location is superb if traveling by train. The hotel is also within walking distance of many good restaurants and a wonderful area of Zurich and the lake. They offer copious amounts of chocolate upon arrival, so that is a wonderful touch coming to Switzerland. We repeated our stay in this hotel in two Zurich visits and will do so in the future.

Room was small and warm. No extra pillow in cupboard as stated on the online facilities guide. There was no cream /milk provided for tea / coffee.

The reception staff were all helpful and the room was very clean. Hotel is 5 mins from the station making it a very easy commute. There was a kettle in the room and the wifi was very good.

Rooms was small. We arrived at 1.30pm but told check-in not until 3pm. We could have our room straight away if we paid extra. Obviously the room was ready. Only place we encountered this in 2mths of travel. Appalling.

We stayed one night as we were catching a flight the next morning. Location is excellent for transport links, restaurants and main sights.

We stayed here on a Saturday night and, even in our room (511) the throbbing of the noise from the night club or bar onthe ground floor, next to the hotel, was most disturbing. Even after midnight the vibration of the beat was infuriating.

The pictures advertise a chocolate fountain yet I didn’t see one at all. Also the luggage area is not secure and is just left in a hallway despite there being a cupboard with “luggage” written on it.

The AC wasn’t working properly during the night & the breakfast options were limited . I personally feel if they are catering to tourists who can communicate in English then their staff should also be able to communicate in English .

The location was 10/10 & the city was accessible by trams and on foot . There were a lot of restaurant , supermarket & salon options around . The rooms were a good size and clean .
