Alexandra is an amazing person, who is very helpful, support you and inform you regarding region and have a good advice. Very good hospitality. Very good breakfast with good quality. Silent place and clean rooms. I will visit this hotel again, you can visit this hotel every part of a year.

Not much really ... you may need to know that it is in a small village. I was there for work and I had a car, so I didn't check public transportation but I suppose a car is needed to go around. Grocery stores are a 5-10 minutes drive away. The restaurant is closed but you can use the premises to eat - breakfast is served and is delicious.

I liked everything, I love this place! I stayed there last year by coincidence and I will come back as much as I can. I stayed there once and I was greeted by a "it's good to see you again" in my own language. It is a family hotel, you feel like family, they are super friendly and everything is done and made with kindness. There is no restaurant anymore but the dining room is open and it is possible to bring dinner (there is microwave); a drink was offered during my stay, nice touch. Breakfast is served in the morning, and it is delicious. The room is clean, spacious and bright with its large windows. Surroundings and landscape are gorgeous. I look forward to go back!

The extra bed arranged(4th one) wasn’t as comfy as the other three.

Attention to detail and customer orientation. Very caring and thoughtful owner. Excellent location. Swiss chalet character. Nice and clean. Beautiful property. Cozy Sauna. Welcome drinks and a parting gift. Discounts on nearby attractions( like the cable car).

Super friendly & helpful. Alexandra is the perfect host with so many tips to explore the area in the best way possible. We have some dietary requirements and she accommodated our needs too! Our dog was super comfortable too!

Somewhat inconvenient check-in times, self check in not possible

Spacious rooms and there is a nice restaurant with outside seating, ẗhe place seem to be popular with off-road bikers and paragliders that takes the Marback cable car up to Marbachegg . When I was at the restaurant several paragliders landed right outside the restaurant.

The staffs are excellent, very accommodating, and friendly. I originally planned to stay only two days but ended up staying six days because it was too lovely and the location was accessible to many other great destinations.

Nothing comes to mind, I was really very satisfied with my stay.

I arrived on their rest day, that was no problem, they informed me in advance of how to proceed, with very clear instructions. I picked up the key, together with a lot of information about the hotel and area, and a very friendly welcome letter. Then I found welcome "goodies" in the room (fruits, candy), a very friendly touch. My room was facing the hill, at the back of the hotel. Bed was good, desk facing the forest was also nice. Breakfast was delicious, good variety and quality. Very friendly people too. I hope I come back to this area to come here again.
