To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Comfortable bed, well designed room and good choice of furnishings, exceptional bathroom with a big windowside tub and great shower. The breakfast was good and the service was always pleasant and helpful.

location: perfect for my appointments and near the station for easy arrival. Fantastic breakfast - cooked and continental, wide selection of drinks, show cooking, and the staff looked like they loved their jobs (throughout hotel). Room was a single (business trip). Very comfortable room to the same quality as the pictures. Big enough. Very clean. Innenhof room, so I slept very well. Lovely shower with good quality toiletries.

SwitzerlandOur room smelled a bit like cigarette smoke and was quite small, the standard room is very standard. Having a bit more space gives the stay a bit more 'escape' experience. The lobby is tiny, which makes the hotel more of an easy overnight stay as opposed to an indulgence to be savoured. This overnight stay was not as pleasant as my other stays.
The staff is very accommodating. The hotel is very conveniently located to shopping and everything we wanted to do. Love the option for breakfast in our room (the main reason we booked this hotel). Coffee machine, water, and fruits in room are lovely.

SingaporeThe lift was abit unpredictable during my stay. I didn't have issues as I didn't mind climbing the beautiful stairs. Those who need wheelchair or stroller assistance avoid the top floor on the 5th level. Otherwise, I'm sure the staffs are more than happy to help with the luggages.
It's a new cosy boutique hotel at the heart of Zurich. You could take a tram from the train station, just 1 stop, or you could just push the luggage on a straight walk downwards. The tram stop and coop supermarket is just outside. Easy getting to house of lindth and the old town. We enjoyed walking everywhere from the hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Wide selection of food. Love the customised omelette. They make very good hot chocolate which you could request from the waitress. The beds were super comfy and the room was tastefully decorated with a luxe feel. Excellent hospitality from the team. I would stay here again if I'm in zurich.
