Nothing really, just small issues. Room key cards needed to be reconfigured as it didn't work on second day. Water in the bathtub couldn't be drained out. (small issue)

I have stayed at different hotels across Europe but I know that this one will stay with me. The staff was amazing they treat you as if you are the only guest! Gorgeous boutique hotel & Location right in the center which is perfect for short stay. Breakfast was lovely even served champagne.

The room was quite small with little space to do anything but sleep. The bed was comfortable though and I spent all of my time exploring the city anyways.

Parking situation is not ideal. The parking house the hotel deals with is around 5 minutes walk, and costs 30CHF per day. Breakfast was not as extensive as I expected.

Location is amazing. Bed was extremely comfortable, they also had a pillow menu. Room is spacious and is in very good condition. Staff are very friendly and helpful at all times.

The room was clean and cozy, we enjoyed have a balcony. The check in and check out were very smooth. The breakfast was good. The location is amazing at the center of town. Access to the gym next door was excellent.

The price was very high, I booked on short notice but it was super expensive in my opinion.

6 min by foot from the main train station, very clean, staff is super friendly. The interior is fabulous, the room is a bit small but the rest is super nice. The best thing about it is that the bathroom had a built in Bidet!! amazing!!

Everything! Beautiful design, clean, close to main station, nice personnel, there is a grocery store just beside the hotel, great breakfast! Everything was wonderful! The guy at the check out was so mindful with us! Very good service.

One can deconstruct a hotel room into various aspects: location, breakfast, staff, room, etc. But Hotel Seidenhof got all of it and in the best way possible. It is the perfect spot surrounded by various cafes, top-notch breakfasts literally in the restaurant format, staff was extremely friendly, like they never have a bad day, and OTT rooms with everything you need (but Haribos are not for free).

Hotel is only 7 minutes from the Zurich railway station and about 12 minutes to the pier to catch the lake cruise. Right in the shopping belt with many restaurants. There is a supermart just next door which provide much convenience. The hotel provides free bottled water. Breakfast was great, esp the omelette. Staff was courteous and friendly.

Excellent location close to train station, shops, central location. Brand new, beuatiful decoration. Nice restaurant for bfast.

The property itself was great! There’s a club nearby and you can hear the noise at night, but the hotel helpfully provided ear plugs so no problem at all.

Nicely designed boutique hotel, with a really great breakfast. We felt it was very clean and well-appointed. The location was also very nice!
