Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RussiaA great, calm, cozy hotel located next to the city church. The hotel has a large swimming pool by Zermatt standards and several saunas in the hammam. There is a small waterfall on the street near the jacuzzi. Thank you very much to the staff for their help in everything necessary.

The breakfast offered every morning and went until 10:30 A.M. every day was very tasty and had a pleather of selections.

United KingdomZermatt, being Switzerland, is an expensive option but the hotel was pretty good value for money considering the location, and what it provided.
The staff, without exception, were helpful, welcoming, friendly. The room was lovely and the views superb. The breakfasts were excellent in terms of choice and taste. We had one evening meal, which was a set meal but of a very good standard. would go again without hesitation.
