Everything was great. We were lu ky and got upgraded to a Lakeview room. The shower was fantastic. I would definitely recommend.

A traditional property, well maintained and cared for. Wonderful views of the lake from the large windows in the room, much better than anticipated. The staff were smart, helpful and professional without exception.

Almost impossible to use the hotel’s iron. Spa was advertised as free in winter but the charge for autumn was CHF25pp.

Breakfast was fabulous. The room was large and the view of the lake wonderful. Restaurant & bar staff were just lovely. Outside terrace bar was wonderful to view the full moon over the lake. Lovely old world charm.

The room was lovely, not spacious but beautiful, with even a desk by the window. The view from our window over the lake and mountains was superb. The bed was extremely comfortable.

For the area we were in, this accommodation offered affordable pricing for the comfort level we stayed in. Rooms were quaint. Hotel restaurant had great views of the neighbourhood and very friendly staff.

Breakfast was nice, room was comfy. Staff were very nice. I spent 1 night here after Glacier Express, I had hurt my ankle in Zermatt..hotel on request sent their shuttle. They also provided an ice bag which was much appreciated. (there's a reasonable charge for the shuttle) I didnt fully explore the hotel or area.as I left on another train in AM

It was warm and welcoming with old world charm. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was wonderful as was breakfast the next morning. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Good location with lake views and a short walk to the train station and town centre. Would highly recommend this hotel and wished we were there longer.

Everything was beautiful. Lovely intimate hotel. Location perfect. Traditional with an exceptional high standard of attention to detail. All staff were extremely courteous and polite.

We live in Australia where smoking is prohibited almost everywhere so to be exposed to cigarettes indoors was something we found very unpleasant. This only happened in the bar area which I know is allowed in Switzerland.

We had a beautiful corner room which had large windows on three sides. The room has a panoramic view of the lake and surrounding mountains. The corner desk enabled my husband to work without having his papers all over the room. The breakfast room is spectacular! The breakfast was a great way to start the day.

Friendly staff, especially in the restaurant. Great food, we had dinner and breakfast there. We loved the view from the restaurant! Room was excellent with beautiful views also. Highly recommend Soldanella for a stay in St Moritz.

The room had an incredible lake view, during the mornings we would have the morning fog make it it look like you are in the middle of the clouds, only to then disappear and let the sun all in. Amazing old building with old original furniture, very well maintained. Very friendly staff and excellent location not far from the city center and slopes. Very nice beds and bedding, quiet area. great breakfast.

Most comfortable bedding. Excellent shower & water pressure. Friendly staffs. Clean. Spacious. Excellent view from our balcony. Great TV reception & variety of channels. Breakfast choices were vast, and restaurant staffs were very friendly & polite Loves the olden day style type of lift.

We had a beautiful room which over looked the lake. Everything was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was excellent, again in a dinning room with beautiful views. We had arrived in St Moritz by train and the hotel is located within a comfortable 15 minute walk of the main station and town centre. We only stayed one night but managed to fit in a walk to the old Winter Olympic Games site and a stroll around the town. Lots of eateries close by too.
