I think I would have like being in the main building.

The building is spacious and there was a great outdoor space. The sauna was absolutely great!

The wifi is a problem and has been in the past. If you are a non swiss traveller it is impossible to connect in your room. This is the only problem we have with the hotel, and we get this every time we stay there, which is frustrating.

The hotel was as good as usual and the staff very friendly and helpful.

There was no hot water on Saturday. Struggled to get hold of reception - no instructions on how to call them on the phone.

I would have expected more indoor facilities for such a spacious hotel and a little bit more energetic/ smiley staff.

The room was absolutely fantastic, beds were very comfortable. I only wish they had smaller pillows. The view was amazing. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.

The breakfasts were excellent. Eggs, hot sausages, several types of salami and cheese, lots of fruit and vegetables, coffee, chocolate, juices, ... . Great view of the lake and pleasant service. The hotel is really suitable for seminars, there are couches everywhere in the corridors and the possibility to connect a laptop to a monitor, including a printer. If I'm in the area we will stay here again. There was a gym with exercise bikes and a sauna, all at no extra charge.

Most Hotels still have the hangover from the PAST, but are working step by step into a NEW Hospitality Industry where food and location make a customer come back.

For me, the location was the KEY to consider using the Place for holding future Seminars.

The room was not spotless clean. We found an old hair needle and there was hair in the shower, but nothing too tragic. We enjoyed the stay regardless. Another issue with the room was, that we were situated right next to the main street. Since it was very warm during our stay, we wanted to keep the windows open, but it was quite loud, so we slept with earplugs.

Wonderful location, close to the canal and the lake. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We were able to lend 2 SUPs, which was a nice experience. The breakfast is also good (standard European breakfast).
