Small minor issues. Show head kept slowly moving back to its original position. No additional soap was put however could be our fault as one of us had a bar of soap. Restaurant was a bit pricey but that could be perspective as we are not for Switzerland.

No issues, just for awareness Only hot option at breakfast is scrambled or boiled egg. Restaurant has limited choice and expensive If you stay in Beckenried it takes around 25mins to drive to Luzern. You need to take a train and bus otherwise. The ferry across the lake it directly outside the hotel, but the boat trips go from a landing stage 1 mile away.

Lovely location on the edge of the lake with beautiful views and very peaceful Freshly baked bread and croissants for breakfast. Fun on the pool table. Good choice of channels on the TV including UK ones. Free parking (you can spend a lot on parking in Luzern)

The light in the bathroom kept flickering so I had to use my phone’s flashlight.

The location was superb. I asked for birthday decor and indeed they had some birthday balloons in the room when i arrived. Very thoughtful and made my birthday special. They also made me check in earlier than 3pm when I arrived and when I asked for late checkout, they allowed that too.

I expected a bit more from the breakfast. Not sure if it's Swiss culture but some warm food with the scrambled eggs would've been appreciated such as bacon or sausages. Although the options provided were tasty and a good variety it didn't keep us full for long We stayed for 4 nights and by night 3 there was a guest in the room next to us and it was very noisy, it seems that the walls did not have much insulation. We could hear the person moving in the room and we could hear everything he/she did in the bathroom which was uncomfortable for us

Very clean, warm rooms, comfortable beds, fantastic view (we had a balcony room with views of the lake and mountains) Necessities were provided such as handwash, bodywash, hairdryer, coffee, kettle and the room provided enough storage and shelving to unpack and keep suitcases out of the way

Why on earth in this day and age do we still have a shower in the bath and not a shower cubicle? Come on, refurbish. Ok, keep some rooms with a bath but time to move on.

The room could use a bar fridge. Breakfast needs more variety and the hotel restaurant is way overpriced for the quality and quantity served. Unfortunately the room next to ours was occupied by a couple who had two very large dogs in their room. The dogs woke us regularly with their barking and we had bouts of hay fever due to our allergic reaction to dog hair in the hotel. Surely dogs in the buffet food area is a health hazard.

We had a lake view room with a lovely balcony. It was worth the sat just for the view of the lake. Don't bother with a mountain view unless you are just passing through. The room is a good size and the bathroom works well. The WiFi was reasonably fast and reliable. Loved the terrace in the sunshine and warmer days. Parking is excellent and free. There is even a large number of Tesla fast chargers in the additional parking area across the street. The hotel is located adjacent to the car ferry and the hotel is a 20 minute walk to the centre of Beckenried.

The room size was small and the windows pane was high as you cannot enjoy the outside view while lying down.

Our stay at this hotel offered a pleasant experience with a room equipped with basic amenities and a picturesque view overlooking the tranquil lake and majestic mountains. The highlight was undoubtedly the beautiful fine dining restaurant, where we enjoyed exquisite meals while soaking in the stunning scenery. Conveniently located within walking distance to the lake and nearby bus station, it provided a comfortable stay overall.

The hotel was very outdated inside and the outside didn't look anything like it showed on the pictures. All of the outside the pictures showed umbrellas with tables and chairs but everything was missing or just not there which felt very misleading of what we expected.
