You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwitzerlandAreas for Improvement Breakfast Variety: Although the breakfast was delicious, increasing the variety of options could enhance the experience for guests. A broader selection would cater to different tastes and dietary needs. Dinner Presentation: While the food quality was good, I was disappointed by the presentation of the beef filet dish. For the price, I expected more than just a few small pieces of carrot on the plate.
Positive Aspects Location: The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to the cable car and a bus stop right in front. This convenience made it simple for us to explore the surrounding area. Family Room: Our family room was simple yet comfortable, providing a pleasant space for our stay. The addition of both a shower and a bathtub was a nice touch, catering to different preferences. Complimentary Water Bottles: It was a thoughtful gesture to have water bottles provided in the room, which added to our comfort. Breakfast Buffet: While the breakfast buffet was somewhat limited, the offerings were delicious. The fresh breads and the homemade bircher muesli were particularly noteworthy, and the quality of the coffee, especially the latte, was commendable. Dinner Experience: We enjoyed our meals in the restaurant, particularly the capuns, which were very tasty. The beef filet was well-cooked and met our expectations. Staff: the personal was very nice.

SwitzerlandWe loved the location, it was very close to all important spots! The staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast was traditionally swiss we loved it. The accomodation was clean, we went for a more wood-like room which wasn‘t necessarily the case (pretty normal, the other rooms were taken I guess), but the hotel still looks like on the pictures. Everything was very clean and comfortable!

BrazilI booked the same type of room as the couple which was traveling with me, but unlike them I didn’t have a bathtub in the bathroom (everything I wished after Klettersteig Pinut). I would have also very much appreciated if the mattress would be a real couple mattress and not two single mattresses put together, which is not very comfortable for a couple.
It was very clean, the room was comfortable and had a balcony. The breakfast was included on the price and for that it was good. It would be good to include some eggs though.

Portugal- our double bed was 2 single beds with a space in between them - the breakfast was missing eggs and variety. We also had to keep asking for the staff to restock the little variety that existed

GermanyInsulation between rooms is poor. I woke up when my neighbors got up, and they got up early. The hairdryer is deplorable. The restaurant is excellent but there are VERY few vegetarian options.
Large room with balcony, I especially appreciated the coffee maker (capsule machine) in the room. Staff was extremely friendly and professional.
