The only remark could make is that the parking was a little far, but it's a minor item.

Great location on the lake. Super peaceful, although the room was just standard. Surrounding seems just irresistible for a jogging, walking, or some other sports in nature.

Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff and the owners, very nice restaurant. Prices higher a little bit ( compare to Europe, but standard in Switzerland), but the food was excellent.

On Booking. Com it states that this property had a swimming pool and Sauna, Which is not correct. At reception we were told this was Booking. coms fault as they were told to correct this error

Excellent location - a five-minute walk to the ski lift and Unterterzen station (which is itself less than 90 minutes from Zürich airport).

The balcony was shared with the room next door and we were NOT told this at check in (it is also NOT noted on the room description when booking). We were laying on our bed with the door open and all of a sudden a lady appeared at the table on our balcony, about 2 metres from the bed. We knew there was no air conditioning, and no doubt in the climate it is rarely needed, but there are also no fans and no windows. So you need to leave the balcony door open for any air to circulate and it was hot when we stayed. Because other people could just walk into our room from the balcony we weren't comfortable leaving it open, so it was warm and stuffy during the night. It also made using the balcony to lay in the sun less appealing due to lack of privacy.

One of the prettiest places we have ever stayed - absolutely stunning little town with excellent access to the mountains and right on the breath taking Lake. The room was comfortable and the view was gorgeous. Excellent restaurant and breakfast was superb with many hot and cold options. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and strolling around the lake was magic! Easy access to train and lake ferry. Staff were friendly and helpful and great overall resort facilities.

Extremely quiet maybe because it was on a weekday but exactly what I needed and highly appreciated. Amazing location with the beach 2min away by foot, located on the lake side with views of the mountain, the hotel restaurant is pleasant.

Very sticky bedroom under the roof, no possibility to open the roof windows properly for more ventilation. Clogged bathtub. Notification by the hotel -- after the cancellation deadline -- that a wedding party in the same building would cause noise until late at night (and it did). Compensation: a set of earplugs kindly left in the room! Electronic checkout system mercilessly locks your door at 10 am (were five minutes late). No tea or coffee maker in the room

Excellent location on the lake, easy to reach by train, bus or ferry. Very spacious maisonette style rooms, nice balcony: Good restaurant in the same building with ourtdoor dining on the lakefront. Nice staff and good cooking.

Hotel restaurant close for most of items since 9pm which is very early. There was swimming pole before and closed since three years which is not good for us.

Excellent location directly on the lake. Nice restaurant serving typical Swiss food. Sports shop directly next to the entrance for bike rentals etc.
