The room was a bit dark and could use some renovation. The historical flair does show off, it’s actually not bad

The hotel was built in the late 1880 and is located in the quiet part of the city, close to a gondola. The room was spacious, sound proof, the bed was big and very comfortable.

Wish shower was actually larger and suggest wall above the tile be either wall papered or tiled to complete the elegant look.

Everything was spectacular. They picked us at the train station within 10 minutes and room was stellar. Beautiful views on 3 sides, updated lightening, comfortable beds/mattress/pillows and elegant decor plus quiet too. The main areas with the beautiful chandelier and historic decor is beautiful too.

Considering it’s a four star property, the experience could have been better. The facilities, the involvement and articulation of the staff, the upkeep definitely needs a thought. We especially did not find the staff courteous enough. Even though we were told the bar will close at 1100, we were turned away much earlier even without a glance. In the restaurant too - the staff was in a hurry and even missed our order. No one picks up the reception number when you try from the room. Overall, it’s such a beautiful property and a lot can be done to make it better.

The atmosphere of the hotel was beautiful and the staff were very helpful the room was very comfortable. The spa facilities were excellent, and the dining was lovely in the tunnel with great food. I did not realise about the pick up from the train station was available. What a great service.

We had to check-out early, before the breakfast, to catch the early morning train from St. Moritz to Tirano. Hotel Reine Victoria kindly provided us a very good packed breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The staff was not friendly, the treatment was very hostile! The breakfast was average, I’ll try 3 of the restaurants that the hotel recommended and they were disappointed. the spa area is outside the hotel and is public therefore it is very busy, the center is not close. It didn't meet my expectations! and +30 a day for a small dog seems exaggerated to me.

The view for the room was nice and the hotel has a nice decoration. The bed was comfortable

We loved everything: cosy rooms with mountain view, lovely lobby, tasty breakfast, very professional and kind staff, and for skiers: ski lift closeby and ski pass and ski rentals directly from the hotel. As a musician I appreciated also the live jazz concert in the evening at Vic’s bar! This hotel is a pure delight, thank you

We didn’t like the stay at all!!! It was horrible!! we’ve payed for the room, which was big , had bath, not a shower but at night around 23:00 it was a crazy non stop noise, we’ve called someone from reception and he said “ we have no idea what is this noise, but previous guests complained too” , if they complained, why did you place us to this room? That’s the first question.Then they’ve moved us to a twice smaller room with uncomfortable extremely small shower instead of bath, and small wardrobe , no one returned us the difference in price. The windows are so weak, that when they are closed they seem to be open how cold it gets at night, and then in the morning we’ve called someone to bring adapter, and when moving out left it in a room ( like in 100000 of other hotels), but the guy in reception said : go and bring it to me, he was extremely rude and impolite !!! If it would be up to me I would fire him the same way for such “hospitality” . I’ve asked him if the housekeeping will clean it anyway , why do I have to go all the way back and bring it? But this man was talking to me as if I am not a guest; that’s how rude and mean he was! We had a horrible experience and I don’t wish anyone to ever stay in this hotel. We’ve stayed in Switzerland for a week , in a different good hotels and only this one was a complete disaster.

The location is great. The interior gives rhe hotel such an elevated feel. The property is surrounded by trees so all views are amazing. The staff was friendly and always willing to give recommendations.

A superb, funky Victorian-era building, beautifully restored with many internal architectural features including an atrium, Victorian ironwork and a theatre. A modern spa with swimming pool opposite the hotel. Varied restaurants nearby including multi-ethnic restaurants in nearby Hotel Laudinella. Excellent and frequent shuttle service between the hotel and railway station. Friendly and very helpful reception staff. Excellent restaurant for breakfast.

The hotel is over priced for the quality, cleaning is below 0, entrace carpet looks so dirty and old, the room cleaning is kinda not existing at all, u have to ask them to do, and when they do, they only fold the couvres :( and put towels, floors are messy but they don't care abt it. There is no restaurant in the hotel, except for breakfast, so if u reach and you are hungry and cold, u still have to go out to find where/what to eat, u can order in room service but it all depends on your luck, it can 20 minutes or 90 minutes 😉. Oh the size of the room of 500$/ night is just 2 steps from the bed to the wall, and bathroom u hardly can turn while taking shower.

The location is fair enough.the reception staff are friendly. Breakfast is good.
