-Breakfast room not inviting (too noisy, no charming interior) -Room too hot and air too dry -staff not flexible.with skipasses or half board (either full length of stay or not at all) -checkout time and other requests at reception took too long -no response to requests/messages via booking -empty minibar -no coffee machine, only instant coffee with water boiler in room

The location was very convenient, just a few hundred meters from Signal gondola station. Breakfast buffet was extensive.

Old fashioned hotel, well located. Needs some improvements but overall I'm happy. I was also expecting the room as advertised for boutique deluxe double but we didn't get it, although we booked two rooms and specifically asked for balconies.

Unfortunately our room was on the 4th floor which is crumbling and badly in need of refurbishment. The walls on the corridor and in the room were dirty. There were pipes running over the bed. The pillows smelt of smoke. I acknowledge I booked an economy room but it was still quite expensive and totally overpriced for what we got. The 4th floor needs to be refurbished, cleaned and painted. Otherwise the hotel should not offer these rooms as accommodation.

Pick up from the train station and the breakfast was good.

The pictures on the booking site are too good to be true, when we got to the hotel i was immediately shocked with the smell of dust in the air + an entire groups pf organized trips is sleeping there (feels like a mall) The hotel is super old and by first glance i saw that the value for money is horrible. The walls are crumbling and the carpet smells like dust (throughout the hotel) When we got the room (which takes two different elevators) the room was old, with a smelly old green carpet, with this it had a 20 inch tv from the 90s.. In the room the walls were crumbling. After going to the reception and explaining them the situation with the smell and the dust i got offered to pay more (50CHF) and move to a room without carpet. Lucky me! The “spa”: the hotel does not have a spa! Instead they send tourists to go to a public spa down the road. All in all it was a horrible experience, The room, the cleanliness, and the price.

Room! In the attic. Price too high compared to the comfort. Pillows too soft. Two twin bed!?Very small bedroom. Huge bath room. The restaurant outside in the lawn was weird. Charged 6chf for a small bottle of water. Will not supply regular water with dinner.

Pick up and drop off very promptly from and to the train station. Breakfast spread.

Beautiful hotel, great sized family room with a large balcony. Breakfast was superb, staff super friendly. The access to and proximity of the pool and spa made a good stay a fabulous one. Kids especially loved the Fun Tower and high diving boards. I loved leaving them and hiding in the adult only spa 😊 Five minutes walk to the gondola at St Moritz Dorf and an easy bus ride to the main square and funicular.

Check-in was smooth thanks to Lorenzo. Vic's Bar has superb waiters. The bed was very comfortable, and the location is nice.

A shuttle up to the town above would be the added touch to make this stay exceptional. It was a rainy evening the taxi drivers really uncharge for any trips to town. We expected this but a shuttle would be wonderful.

The beds are like little clouds and the rooms hold historical charm with a modern flair. Each detail made the stay memorable and a place we would like to return to in the future. The bar was a great welcome option upon arrival and the bartender added the extra cheer for our teenagers. All staff was ready and eager to help at any time. We also found the shuttle from the train to be efficient and so easy to connect with after a long day of travel. Very pleasant stay indeed!

Wish shower was actually larger and suggest wall above the tile be either wall papered or tiled to complete the elegant look.

Everything was spectacular. They picked us at the train station within 10 minutes and room was stellar. Beautiful views on 3 sides, updated lightening, comfortable beds/mattress/pillows and elegant decor plus quiet too. The main areas with the beautiful chandelier and historic decor is beautiful too.

Considering it’s a four star property, the experience could have been better. The facilities, the involvement and articulation of the staff, the upkeep definitely needs a thought. We especially did not find the staff courteous enough. Even though we were told the bar will close at 1100, we were turned away much earlier even without a glance. In the restaurant too - the staff was in a hurry and even missed our order. No one picks up the reception number when you try from the room. Overall, it’s such a beautiful property and a lot can be done to make it better.

The atmosphere of the hotel was beautiful and the staff were very helpful the room was very comfortable. The spa facilities were excellent, and the dining was lovely in the tunnel with great food. I did not realise about the pick up from the train station was available. What a great service.

We had to check-out early, before the breakfast, to catch the early morning train from St. Moritz to Tirano. Hotel Reine Victoria kindly provided us a very good packed breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable.
