What a beautifully maintained and presented Chalet we stayed in. The staff were lovely, the restaurant perfect. Pool and everything was first class !

The prices for the bread and drinks are ridiculous expensive, but that's common in Switzerland! Make sure to bring your groceries from Germany. At check out, they surprised us to pay the parking costs of 10$ a day. At check-in they didn't communicated this at all, so this could be communicated better! IF we knew this, we would have parked the car somewhere else.

The location was amazing! Close to the lake and hike routes and supermarkets. A lot of activations to do at this area. The appt was super clean, big kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and we received a free upgrade (sauna). The pool and gym are clean as well. A lot of activities for the younger kids as well (free day care). We had such a great time here!

This is just a personal comment, but being used to resort type of services, we missed the following: the apartment is never serviced unless you stay for at least 9 days. There is no safe box in the room, no conditioner, no body lotion. When leaving you have to do a high level cleaning of the place, including garbage clearance. If you need to wash a single item (a pair of trousers for example), it is a Do It Yourself. Check out is early at 10am (but they allowed us a late check out at noon, very kind of them). Overall not really a 4 stars for me, as I was expecting some more services. But it turned out to be just a normal apartment stay.

Surely a very nice place with clean apartments, nice facilities and kind staff. The apartment was modern and very well kept. Access from the underground parking is well thought and convenient.

Staff could be more welcoming. Food at the resort was average.

First and foremost, the cleanliness was remarkable. Not a speck of dust in sight, which instantly made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Additionally, the apartment was not just clean, but also beautifully furnished. The interior design created a warm and inviting atmosphere that enhanced our experience. The living room was cozy, the bedroom was comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.

Location is great, specially for winter if you would like to ski. But spring-summer good as well. The weather will be good for hiking.

No Restaurant as we were „between season“ time

We were travelling with dogs. Priva gives your dog a welcome goody bag, bed, bowls and feeding mats. location is fab for walking. apartment is spacious & well decorated & maintained. Sauna was great. on-site pool & gym also excellent.

Very comfortable lodges with a lot of facilities. Right next to the slopes and good restaurants and ski rental in the accommodation. But you can also take out dinner like typical local cheese fondue. Parking in the garage beneath the lodges. Fire place in the apartments very nice and cozy!

The chalet does not have air-conditioning, and due to its construction and orientation it warms up very quickly. Even in pleasant spring weather it is difficult to keep the rooms cool. The supposed luxuriousness of the chalet translates mostly into spaciousness. In terms of fixtures and appliances it is still the same entry-level stuff you'll find in holiday parks everywhere. It is all fully functional and there is nothing really wrong with it (apart perhaps from the lack of a convection oven), but for this price range I expected something more.

Beautiful and spacious chalet with a stunning view from the terrace and the balcony. It is located on a small holiday park, but the chalets are on the edge of the park and facing away from it, so you don't really notice it once you are inside. There is an underground parking garage with direct access to the accommodation, which is very convenient. The Rothorn cable car station, Lenzerheide main street (with various dining options) and numerous hiking trails are within easy walking distance.

Great amenities and the grounds are beautiful. Heidi and Hannah, the Geiss, are funny and playful. Staff were so helpful. Sauna was great and Epic bike shop was right downstairs and so convenient.
