The train station is literally just outside the door. Can't beat the location if you are going into Zermatt.

The location, I didn’t realize that we needed to take a train to Zermatt to do what we wanted. If I were staying in Täsch, it would be perfect.

The room was beautiful and newly redone. The bathroom was amazing, great shower.

The noise from the Train Station but that is to be expected.

The staff were most obliging and very helpful. The Hotel is literally next door to the Train Station. Every 20 mins there is a Shuttle Train and return from Zermatt. Most Hotels in Europe seem to be very hot which can make it difficult for sleeping. An Electric jug for making tea and coffee and a small fridge would be appreciated by all customers.

Train noise distrube into the room and the cantilever hit my head every time. not good for people who tall 175-185 cm. for this room

the location is next door to the train station to Zermatt valley, the room is very big and has two bath rooms inside. Bed is big.

Restaurant choices in Tasch are limited and close early. There is only one fast-food kebab shop and a few restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet option of the hotel could be more diverse.

The location is superb, being conveniently located next to the train station, which makes it incredibly easy to reach Zermatt (train every 15 minutes until midnight). It's best to pick the modern superior rooms in the newer section of the Chatel. I was very pleased with my room, which was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. With trains running nearby, you will have an exceptional view of the mountains and waterbody passing through. You can go for a walk in the opposite direction near the camping area in the early morning and enjoy the tranquility. The supershops coop, avec and Migros are nearby.

Just wish room had a fridge to store milk brought from supermarket and perhaps slippers would be nice.

Location is superb very close to train station 2 mins walk. Comfort and cleanliness is also very good. Got a room upgrade luckily, so got balcony which allowed us to see great views of the town.

The mattresses were a little thin and not as comfy as they could have been The breakfast was disappointing as the hot food isn't kept warm and there wasn't a great deal of choice - we ended up going to the hotel opposite for breakfast!

Perfect location - right next to the train station that takes you into Zermatt! Our room (in the new part of hotel) was clean, spacious and bright Staff were friendly and helpful Parking easy and just below the hotel Right in the centre of Tasch so great for exploring the area

Great service and communication with hotel staff. Very nice rooms and THE BEST location, right next door to the train station. Parked our vehicle once (10CHF per day) and used the train for our three days of activities in Zermatt. Couldn't have been a better stay. We really enjoyed it and great price.

Just a great hotel to get away from the hustle and bustle of Zermatt.. It's clean and serene.with helpful and kind staff. You can't beat the location. It's next to the train station. One of the best breakfast I ever had on the trip. with broad selection of food.

The property is a little old and has expected shortcomings due to that.

It's located right beside Tasch railway station, the room was spacious. The breakfast had a pretty decent spread and the evening restaurant prepared delightful dishes.
