The double room with private bathroom looks shabby and is below expectation. The floor tiles are extremely squeaky with some tiles came off easily. Bathroom required more lightings especially at the shower area.

I booked 2 rooms during my trip : 1 double room with private bathroom and 1 triple room with shared bathroom. The triple room is spacious and meet expectations. Location wise is good with nearby bus/tram stations. Rooms are below a bar which also run by them. The bar opens till 11pm, so its quite convenient for tenants.

With washing machine and kettle would be perfect! It is quite not safe if you stay alone and walk at night. Also, it is not really convenient if you travel with big heavy luggage.

The staff, Marcel, is very helpful and good at information prior arrival. He support you all the time with any question and promptly service. The room is pretty nice with space. Share bath room is clean. There are many restaurants nearby, especially Asian food like Thai, Vietnamese, etc. It is convenient for taking a tram No.8 and 31. There are two convenient stores just in front of the accommodation in case you need anything urgent. Also, the cafe ‘Kafi Für Dich” is just beside the place🙂

we stayed in the large family room - a small fridge and coffee maker would go very well. it was unclear at the time of reservation but it should be better indicated that the bathroom is NOT in the room and is shared with various (3) rooms. not such a great detail in this day and age.

Retro style and very good use of space. the cafe downstairs is also very nice. the beds are not very comfortable (cave in) but the pillows make up for it.

not the best of neighbourhoods, the surrounding streets are a bit dodgy, although the guesthouse is not far from the HB and city centre. walls of the rooms very thin, can hear everything anyone in the next door rooms talks. bed mattress: average.

My group and I only stayed there for one night so I didn't really mind but it would have been great to have luggage racks in the room (didn't really look for it or ask for it though). Floor was clean enough that I didn't mind anyways.

Loved the location and the first floor restaurant/bar. Room and bathroom were very clean. We also received little postcards that were a great souvenir to bring home! The couch in the room was also super comfortable. I enjoyed the little balcony as well!

The negative point is the wooden floor that has loose tacos that make noise when you step on it.

The stay was very pleasant and I was very well taken care of by the Hotel staff. I booked a room with private bathroom. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. The bathroom is modern and clean. The breakfast is delicious and the bar is very nice

We didn't have our own bathroom but we didn't have a problem sharing it with other guests. We never saw them, so we it felt like ours.

The room was amazing and they had a super cute balcony. The bar was also nice, delicious food and drinks. The staff was also friendly.

Bright motion sensor light between the rooms and the bathroom, combined with creaky floors. Guaranteed to wake you up if you have to use the washroom at night. The hallways stink sometimes, especially if the bathroom window is shut. The owner even accused us of causing this smell, until he opened the door to our room. Not the best vibe in general. Cafe is good, but busy and loud.

They are dog friendly, and the staff in the cafe are nice.

Cool cafe on the ground floor with a friendly vibe, lots of space for working and hanging out. Spacious room, comfortable spacious bed, nice view out over Bäckeranlage park. Modern renovated bathroom, very clean.

The room was large and very comfortable. The shared bathroom was for two rooms so it was never a problem, and the bathroom is always kept clean. Thank you for helping buymy blue pass for parking, it was a very useful insight from the staff. Wednesday Italian night is great food.
