No safe in the room. Location wasn't ideal for the short time we were there.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Could take drinks up to our room from the bar downstairs. Let us leave our luggage there for a few hours after we checked out.

The room was very calm. I use earplugs because is the city and I had a very good sleep. The shared shower and bathroom are always super clean The restaurant is just amazing. Great Spritz aperol, brunch, coffee... I always stay here when I come to Zürich, I feel like home.

There was no door for the shower, therefore, water would spill out.

The location was good, close to several shops. There was shampoo and body wash available to use. The room was also a good size.

The shared bathroom was clean. But the drainage was quite clogged.Luckily, it was okay after a while.

I would prefer private bathroom and small fridge and a kettle in the room. At first l booked the room without realising that the room had a shared bathroom but the the room and the view compensated us.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big and with a very nice view of the park. The bathroom was very clean.

Nothing really. Our room was next to the street so we got some noise from there but that’s because we had to keep the windows open due to extreme heat.

Lovely hospitality. Gave us free lemonade the moment we reached on a very hot day! Rooms are clean, spacious and well ventilated. There was a sofa as well. The bathroom was shared between three apartments but that wasn’t a problem for us because we never saw the people we shared with and we were there for a night only but I can see how it might become an issue if there are more people around. The helpful staff stored our luggage when we went out and about. The cafe downstairs is great.

No air conditioning. Fan was too unhelpful and too noisy. However if you travel not in 35 degrees, then everything is OK. Not the place responsibility, but we were robbed just in front of the hotel. It was very quick robbery (phone and sunglasses) by unpacking the stuff from the vechicle. Absolutely our fault, but please be aware of neighbourhood and keep more attention to your stuff.

Nice and clean apartments with cozy balcony. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Good bar at the ground floor.

Lack of place to put stuff in the bathroom (commode for example) Parking is expensive at 20 francs (inside the courtyard) because there is a secured covered parking 5min walk for a flat fee of 40 francs for 24h...so depends how long you stay. They should advise that option before

Location walking distance from city centre and just next to tram stops direct to the centre in few minutes! Décoration is nice and rooms are big. Building is beautiful and the view is great. Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped The area is full of worldwide restaurants and bars. Nice staff and very efficient check in and check out. Shared bathroom and room very clean. Lift for luggage Place feels very safe.

It was quite dated but well kept. Didn't have a kettle which is a nice to have.

It was good value for money and really just had a bed and and shared bathroom. The room was large enough with a chair and desk and tv.

The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The restaurant had a fantastic breakfast and the best cappuccino of our trip. The staff were all kind and helpful.

Very creaky floor in the room, this meant that when our daughter was asleep, if we walked around the room, it woke her. The park across the road was great although groups of men drinking and smoking gathered there playing music loudly until late. This also made us feel a bit unsafe.

Metro just a minute walk from the hotel. A park across the road as well as different restaurants within walking distance. The vegan pancakes for breakfast were yummy (a discount for people staying would be appreciated though.) The room itself was a really generous size and the manager was helpful lending us her adapter.

Shared toilet. No room service,didnt provided any towels or changed sheets throughout our stay.

Its all nice and clean. The wash room and toilets were shared . There was only one toilet for three rooms. Otherwise its a perfect hotel to stay. Everything near. If you catch bus 31 or tram 8 just 5 min walking distance from hotel you can go to the town straight. Also reasonable price.
