Lots of street noise. If there was AC we could’ve closed the windows to drown out the noise. Horrible water pressure on the 5th floor.

It was walking distance from the train station. Great view of the lake. Staff stored our luggage after check out. Right next to Lauduree!!!

Great location, just across the road from the promenade. Short distance from the train station. Easy access by bus on same street to Chillon Castle. Clean, well managed, lovely breakfast. Comfortable bed. Lovely, helpful staff.

No refrigerator in the room!! Tiniest tv on the wall that I’ve ever seen in a hotel🤣. While we enjoyed the lake view, the hotel was in a very busy street and above restaurants and bars. This meant that we were frequently awakened by loud talking, laughing and singing until 2-3 am from the bars.

No breakfast included. The room was small but clean. We loved our balcony and lake view! (Unless the neighbors smoked😵‍💫). The young gal at the front desk was friendly, happy and helpful!! And it had a lift which is a must for us.

When we stayed, we couldn't use the WIFI at all. It was like the signal was soo weak.

The front desk is super friendly. I got cut very deep by the sharp umbrella. She brought the first Aid kit and helped me with the wound. My room has a balcony with a lake view. Location is great, not too far from the train station.

To reach the property from train station there is an elevator which should be mentioned to ease reaching hotel.

Equipment is outdated: Toilet seat didn’t fit the bowl. Shower nozzle is sketchy. The door latch doesn’t work, meaning only the electronic lock protects the room. There is no night staff. Someone tried to enter our room for several minutes at 1:00 AM. I screamed and pounded on the door. They finally stopped. I assume it was a drunken guest who got the wrong room. Very unsettling.

Location was excellent being near the station but on the lake front. Their restaurant next door was also very good. Also pleased with the discount voucher given for the various activities. The view from the bedroom overlooking Lake Geneva was excellent

1) really bad WiFi connection, we could not watch anything online and only had access to messengers and social media; 2) a bottle of water as a compliment missing; 3) the bathroom is claustrophobic as a mobile box, not a full normal room, more as an "Ibis" hotel style bathroom.

We had a good experience in general. The hotel is located 4 min from a train station and in front of the boat station. A nice receptionist has allowed us to check in earlier the usual time. Our double economic room was a bit small but with almost everything needed: TV, hair dryer, shampoo, towels. Nice view to the lake but it is across a road with all the cars and buses.

Room 303 was small and compact. Facial tissues, shower cap, sanitary bags were missing. It was hot when we arrieved and the room did not have an aircon. During the night, it cooled down. I had to keep my balcony door open for cool air. (it was a noisy, when you left the door open, as it was front side view and main road for the traffic to pass).

The room was nice and clean when i arrived, with all the necessary facilities in the room - towels, toileteries, kettle, coffee/tea. This accomodation was just 5-7 mins walk from the train station. we had to take the lifts from the upper level to the lower level of the city. Which was a bonus, as we had bags to carry around. Coop and loads of eating options just below the accomodation. It was hot when we arrieved and the room did not have an aircon. During the night, it cooled down. I had to keep my balcony door open for cool air. (it was a noisy, when you left the door open, as it was front side view and main road for the traffic to pass). But this also means, i had an amazing view of the lake the evening sunset and the moning views were mesmerising. I could also take a stroll in the morning by the lake side, as it was right across the hotel.

Not exceptionally clean- some mould in bathroom and dusty lights but bedding and towels were perfect.

Building is old and needs to be repaired several spots, such as room ceiling paint. Balcony door was hard to close. TV didn’t work. I could not watch any programs.

Great location. Lake view from the window was magnificent.
