We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandMostly related to transportation. The closest train station is Surovas. However, it's a bit difficult to get to the hotel from there as there is a spot, along the road, without the sidewalk. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, but keep in mind that catching a bus after 17:00 could be a problem.
Great value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. While there is no electric kettle in the room, there is a possibility to get hot water in caffe, during breakfast. It's also worth mentioning delicious bread that one could get for the breakfast. I could recommend the restaurant in the hotel, they have an amazing grill menu!

ItalyService could be improved providing a minibar in at least top view rooms as well a boiler, for cup of tea or coffee... Which normally one would prefer to enjoy from the amazing view of the room, instead that the bar.
Conveniently positioned between Val Roseg and Mortarach, few steps walking distance from the centre of PONTRESINA. Very friendly and professional personnel, good food, rich breakfast. Also the SPA, amazing and cosy. Excellent clean

Just consider you won't find a kettle and tea/coffee in your room (though I strongly recommend you take few steps down to the bar), not all the rooms are equipped with a bidet, and staff speaks basically German and Italian (my impression is that's the standard around here though)
Staff, everyone. Professional, friendly, do they best and more to make you feel comfortable and special. Food: amazing breakfast (International), many options for dinner, always fresh and tasty. SPA: OMG :). Position: forget about your car, you're between 2 great valleys, Roseg and Mortaratsch, 10 to 15 minutes walking (hey, you're here for hiking anyway!). The view: I've opted for the Top View room, it totally deserves its name.

GermanyMy one complaint is that we arrived later in the evening and apparently because it was Monday they wouldn’t serve us dinner (only for those who purchased the half-board option). Lucky for us we are familiar with the area and actually found what might be the best pizza in the area.
Peaceful location, a short walk to Pontresina which is a very quaint and quiet area compared to St Moritz. Not mentioned on booking is that you get a engadin card good for all lifts/train in the area—must pay for bike (if you’re a biker, it is a half fare for bikes). The breakfast was incredible!

United StatesI received a call after the reserve confirmation from the hotel desk. They informed me that I would be switching rooms half way through my stay without a given reason, nor did I ask for the reason. Instead, I was given a 10% discount and bags moved for my inconveniences. The first room wasn't ideal because it was the closest to the highway and traffic was noisy. It's unfortunate that it was built so close to the highway. The second room was much better since it has a balcony and on the back side of the building.
The breakfast food was absolutely the best I had into my 2 week vacation. Lots of options and fresh! I received a call after the reserve confirmation from the hotel desk.
