Breakfast has limited choice and there is no live service. This could certainly be made better. Some more vegetarian options in breakfast would be really good. But this is not a dealbreaker.

No microwave in second building where I was there.It was raining so heavily on 27th that I got severely hurt taking my food from one building to other building at 10pm.Secondly there is no one to help you after 9pm means I had no idea where to take first aid.I came back to room then washed with running water.I mailed the same to hotel also

Location good.The lady in kitchen packed us the morning breakfast even at 9pm as we had to go early fr our trip.she was not at all adamant like other people at hotel.Means reception people were so adamant that if you go at 8:55pm they have one word..Sorry ,it’s closed.Breakfast was too good.

The in house dinner restaurant seemed expensive for what was on offer.

The location of this property is beautiful and scenic. Situated right on the lake, it was easy to go out and explore right on your doorstep. The hotel offers free passes to catch the bus into the main town (about 10 mins away) which was super helpful. The breakfast is also decent and came in handy as breakfast cafes seem hard to come by in Switzerland! We loved this place, it was clean, cozy, and comfortable.

Beautiful property with Thun lake just behind and can spend a wonderful evening across the lake The breakfast was amazing - good spread of fruits veggies breads nuts cereals etc Property at interlaken location is accessible via bus no 21 from interlaken ost or west till thunsee. Bus runs almost every 30 mins so very convenient and not much walking to the property Rest all was good .. room has hot water kettle and can prepare coffee

Location, though it’s 5.8Km from Interlaken ost and Bus-transfers are the only publicly available option.

Great location. Ferry and bus station at the facility makes it super convenient to travel anywhere in the area. Just love it. Plus the lake view from the report. Great staff at the breakfast as well.

The fact that there is no elevator. I was given very far room with no view. No clear parking area for the hotel. Many visitors can park in the same area. No supermarket around the area. It's a bit noisy. They didn't provide drinking water.

The location was great. Breakfast was good. I hope they can make different hot dishes everyday. Room is warm.

Beds can be a bit more comfortable (this is a very personal taste and differs for every individual) Slightly on the expensive side but then, the whole country is expensive.

Location is excellent. When the weather is nice, the views are excellent. Breakfast is very good. Good variety available. We are vegetarians and there were enough options available. All the staff were excellent and very friendly. Room was comfortable.

Nice big room with balcony, view onto the lake Thun. Nice bathroom with good shower facility. The breakfast was excellent, a great variety of food, juices and coffee. We liked the location at the lake of Thun very much. Bus #21 provides good transportation service to the East and West Interlaken train stations.

The restaurant. These are my thoughts. The evening menu was pretentious. Overpriced and wrong for the setting. I chose not to dine with you. It would have been nice to have authentic rustic menu. The Restaurant Landhaus ( less than five minutes walk was full to capacity, the Neuhaus head just two dinners with you, I feel this speaks for its self.

Breakfast was very well presented. A good selection on offer. The breakfast areas were immaculate at all times. The staff team are a credit to your business. The view from the dinning room was outstanding.

The location was beautiful but if you don't own or rent a car, you would depend on just one bus that comes all the way to the hotel. The last bus was at 7.30-8.30 which made it difficult to spend time outside in the city and return quickly.

The location and view from the room was amazing. They have a great restaurant and breakfast menu was exceptional. One male guy from the reception went out of the way to help us arrange taxi and breakfast. Thank you for the hospitality.

The challet has no lifts to carry luggage. The Breakfast has very limited options. Little away from Interlaken OST. If you have swiss pass then its worth commuting by bus.
