We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Rooms were very spacious and spotlessly clean! Great breakfast and bar area. The SPA is indeed the highlight of our stay. Great selection of saunas and the outdoor heated pool facing the mountains is a great treat!

SwitzerlandMany of the staff members are relatively new and were sometimes unable to provide correct information about the hotel services. Moreover, I believe that spa is in need of a thorough cleaning and some refurbishment. The facilities are beginning to show signs of wear and tear, which slightly diminished the overall experience. A refreshed and spotless environment would greatly enhance the appeal of your spa.
I must commend your staff for their friendliness and welcoming attitude. It was clear that they are eager to assist and ensure guests have a pleasant stay. Additionally, I had a lovely time at your spa, which offers a relaxing environment and a good range of services.

United Kingdomour room faced the wall but we did know that at booking, it is very close ( but had a nice goat) The rooms are non smoking but people smoke on balconies which comes into adjacent rooms - they should put smokers in only one area or actually enforce no smoking. we did not pay for spa access so cannot comment

United StatesLike others have stated, some rooms face the back- a hill wall. Totally dark, and not why we came to the mountains! Also, not happy about given room, there was no mention of a $50 Frank up charge, per night! Surprise
The spa facilities are really great. The location is great. You absolutely must get a view room. Who knew a “premier” room was just referring to the hotel description. We found that out when we were given a room with a view of a wall.

SwitzerlandThe apartment had a fireplace which I was looking forward using it but when we arrived, we were informed that a previous guest had broken the fireplace protective glass, so it couldn’t be used😢. I was very disappointed with it. The apartment was cold but we were offered with 2 portable heaters which solved the problem. Also, as it’s an apartment, there are no toiletries so you need to bring everything. I was disappointed by breakfast, it was ok.
The Spa was fantastic, really worth using it. We booked an apartment as it was the only option available and it was very spacious, ideal for families. Comfortable beds, spacious kitchen and a huge balcony. The staff is also super friendly and customer oriented, big kudos to Pauline! She’s fantastic, super helpful, we had some issues which were promptly solved by her. To be honest, Pauline was one of the big highlights of our trip, which could have had a bad start if it would not be her friendly and helpful attitude!

MaltaEntrance to the hotel a bit unusual. Not easy to define it is an entrance. It make also unloading of the luggage difficult. You have to take 2 lifts. Help with luggage was not offers by hotel. Breakfast is special. There are no vegetables. Coffee machine with cappuccino was out of order. One day service was good. Next day you have to push staff to provide plates, some finished products etc.
Good spa. Very good housekeeping. Friendly staff. Reception team was ready to help absolutely with everything.
