We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It was a great experience. The location was amazing 5 minutes walk to the left. The location is close to Saas Fee and Saas Almagell where is so many trails for hicking and biking. The holidays bass was helpful for transportation and left tickets. Also, about 30-45 minutes from zermatt a very nice town . I had a wonderful time and I am planning to come back again in the winter and maybe next autumn.

NetherlandsWhen checking out, you can leave the keys in the apartment - which is awesome. But we had to go back for the receipt. The hotel organizes hot meals if you book the previous day, but this is difficult if you arrive in the early evening and there's no food. Given the price, a little more attention to late check-ins might be helpful. The destination: Overall, there's much more to do in winter in the area because this is built as a ski resort. However, it's pretty enough in summer - and the pricing is better. Everything - shops, restaurants, etc - close relatively early in the village and the buses to Saas Fee only run on weekends (or so we were told when we go there). If you don't need a bus, that's fine. There is little to do on the grounds of the property, and Saas Grund doesn't have too many attractions, but you can make use of all the options up in Saas Fee and around the valley with the Saastal card. These are better in the winter and on weekends, so options might be limited on weekdays and in the summer.
A good ski apartment in the centre of Saas Grund. Great in winter, adequate in summer. Beautiful mountain view - but ask for it. The property was very clean (Switzerland!) and the WiFi was very good - although we got logged off a few times. You need to clear your garbage yourself or you'll be fined. Wheelchair accessible apartments - there's a lift and you can park outside the door (for a short time).

We were late from the slope and could not pick up our luggage from reception (after check in) in time for the bus back home. The manager picked up all our suitcases and took it by car Toni’s so we can catch the bus! Absolutely thankful for this gesture!

The Apartment was clean, functional, spacious and as advertised. The staff were very helpful and responded to an issue rightaway. It was quiet and was in a great location. The bus stop was just 100 m away but you didn’t hear the bus. The Co-op was not far either but the bakery was also just 100 m away.

SwitzerlandThe instructions state that check out is 9 am. However, both times we stayed at Montela we were always allowed to check out at 11 or later. A 9 am check out is not realistic in my opinion, particularly given the instructions around dealing with trash and bedding.
This is our second time staying here and we love it and have recommended it to others. The flats are really well equipped and the staff is very friendly.
