We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A hotel run as home. The owner and rest of the staff were nice and entertained well. Breakfast was limited but nice. Parking area with separate bicycle storage room and for winter, ski storage is a nice addition.

Sylvie and her team are lovely, the hotel is very clean, cosy and comfortable. The room was great with plenty of storage, comfortable beds with the best pillows in Europe! Plentiful hot water and a lovely bath to soak away those tired legs after a long day skiing. The shutters are fantastic to keep the room dark for a good nights sleep. Breakfast is perfect with hard boiled eggs, plentiful meats and cheese, cereals etc. Tea & coffee is available 24 hours a day - this is an absolute godsend along with cinnamon biscuits and gummi bears for that sugar shot. The location is perfect, a flat walk in 3 minutes to the Medran lift with lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk. We will definitely return to the Mirabeau.

SwitzerlandAt a price of on 200 CHF per night (into which it was apparently impossible to include the local tourism tax), I got a tiny room inside of which i could barely turn around, the noise in the staircase was unfiltered in my room (the room door fulfills requirements of privacy but nothing else). The coffee at breakfast was the worst I have experienced in years - burnt beyond recognition. Staff, if not the owner, is struggling to be up for their task.
The location is very good - 200m from main cable car terminus (for arrival and skiing), ski hire across the road and restaurants and bars within another 200 m but no impact from the apres-ski 'action' on the streets in terms of noise etc. Atmosphere is generally very friendly and breakfast is overall decent and generous.

Clean and cozy room. Perfect bath for end of day skiing. Great lounge with tea and biscuits to relax in. Ski storage with boot warmers and lift for tired legs for access between floors. Excellent breakfast with warm hard boiled eggs and smoked salmon, ham, salami, cheese and many fresh bread and pastries plus cereal and yogurt. Staff were excellent. Friendly and remembered my coffee order each morning. Would definitely recommend and return to stay. Short walk to Medran lift - less than 5 min.

SwitzerlandWonderful hotel with a home like atmosphere! I was really satisfied about our stay there. Rooms are well arranged with a lot of shelves / storage space. They were cleaned daily too, in general very happy with it. I loved the eating area and the living room with a fire place. Relaxing there after a day of skiing was my favorite thing! Also the sauna is available but just needs to be booked in advance as it’s quite small. This worked really perfectly. I loved the variety of choices during breakfast- it was always a nice buffet with many kinds of breads, eggs, very good local cheese, hams, vegetables. Oh almost forgot about the distance to the gondola- it’s just 2 walking minutes! Everyone was super friendly and kind. I absolutely loved this place and if I have a chance to visit Verbier this will be my first choice.
