Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I also wish that the request not to eat in the room is in the hotel's description or at the front page so we know beforehand before booking as some people have a preference to eat in private. The separate breakfast room and common room (to eat) were awesome though

FinlandThe bed was way too small for two small people as it's only 120cm wide. The room should not be marketed as double person room due to this fact.
There was an elevator and AC, which was nice. Also, you could ask for scrambled eggs when having breakfast and that was a positive surprise.

BrazilEverything was plain bad. The cost is huge considering didn’t even have available extra pillows to give to us (they only give 1 pillow per person, and a old one). The room don’t have good curtains to keep it dark and the bathroom only had 1 light above the sink, which did not provide proper illumination. The staff were not friendly. Would not recomend.
Don’t have any good point to mention other than the laundry which can be used by a charge of 5 CHF.
