Single bed could have been bigger but not really an issue

The bedroom was a bit basic - no kettle or toiletries, but the bed was comfortable, and it was fine for one night.

The food in the restaurant was excellent, very fresh produce, interesting menu and delicious. Bedretto is on the road to/from the Nufenen Alpenpass (2478m) so it was a lovely drive to arrive, and a nice situation with a terrace overlooking the Ticino valley. The self-serve breakfast was also excellent - lots of choice and super fresh reads and croissants.

Room very small for a very big price.The shower can't fit a bigger man.The smallest shower in all the hotels I was until this day.

The location of the hotel was excellent the surroundings were excellent. Very quiet between Swiss mountains ⛰️. Restaurant was also nice.frendly staff.

Restaurant was extremely expensive and so was the hotel, it is a nice place but they are seriously charging you triple!

Nice small hotel, friendly staff and a good location in terms of a stop if you have been driving a while. There village itself is tiny and there is nothing there apart from this small B&B

the room and bathroom is small, the ceiling is low, small window, there is some noise from the ventilation (it stops at a certain time in the night), the breakfast is self service and thus only cold and simple

Guests have to be aware that the staff are only there at certain times. I only stayed one night (cycling tour) and luckily I paid after dinner the previous evening, otherwise I would have had to wait till 11 o’clock the next morning.

The single room was comfortable, had everything I needed but was a bit on the small size, about 4m2! Nice, modern and spacious en suite bathroom. Window has shutters. The breakfast was unattended self-service on the 1st floor, good quality.

The location is superb however there were not a lot of food options. We are at the restaurant at the hotel and although the food was good, it was not a lot for a large sum of money. But I guess that’s Switzerland! 🤷🏻‍♀️

The hotel was extremely clean! We could smell the bleach as we walked in the room. The location was truly gorgeous. We had a beautiful view from our room!

Instructions for self check in are sent only in Italian. It is very difficult for foreign people to understand and manage their reservation. There is no personal present. Completely disrespect for foreigners. Very small doors (1.8m) and very low ceilings(2m). There is only wood construction between rooms and on the ceiling, so there is no sound isolation at all. You can hear whenever someone is going on the stairs and when walking in the room above. Restaurant down stairs is too loud both from kitchen and guests. You can hear staff messing with dishes and guests talking and there are smells from kitchen in the room. Please do not go there. They ruined their good location in the nature. Additionally, they are not speaking English at all and not responding to messages in English on booking app.
