Very nice, fairly new family hotel with excellent amenities and facilities for the price. Kids play area, a good restaurant, very nice staff and clean rooms with a touch of special design. The kids and we loved it.

SwitzerlandThere were a lot of guests with bathing suits in the textil free SPA area after 4pm. Usually that does not bother us, but there were a lot of guests which had no clue about Sauna etiquette which lowered the overall spa experience. For example people reserving spots in the sauna with a towel and going in and out repeatability every 5min.
Newly renovated and everything is well designed for a ski trip.

GermanyWhen booking, we didn’t see any info about the wellness only being allowed for children between 14:00-16:00, since this is the time where we were all skiing !! From 16:00 onwards, no children are allowed and people were allowed to be naked. Would be good to mention that clearly in the rules and guidelines !
We liked everything about our stay. Nice location for skiing, great breakfast, rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff really friendly.

There was buckets of water for the Finnish sauna which is very important! Nobody sits in a dry sauna in Finland. The ski storage room was exceptional with own lockers for each room.

SwitzerlandRestaurant opening hours. We asked to have seated dinner at 20 and the restaurant was about to close. I would suggest to be a bit more flexible with this. We had a Pizza at the bar in the end, which was good!
The hotel is very nice and modern. There is a huge parking lot and a well equipped ski room. The SPA is perhaps a bit small for such a big hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and complete with any type of amenity you would need. The bed was very comfortable!
